去年3月震驚全台的嘉義水上醃頭案，10日開庭審理，嘉義地院審判長說明嫌犯陳佳富經台大醫院鑑定結果，指出陳佳富精神正常，沒有精神解離、多重人格，可接受審判。

被控涉嫌殺害妹妹陳婉婷的二哥陳佳富，遭到檢方羈押，嘉義地院去年7月底首度開庭時，陳佳富還故意裝傻，竟然出現閉目搖頭、甚至還口吐白沫，檢察官怒批他「演技一流」。

更令人傻眼的是，他一步出法庭隨即恢復正常，中午領便當時10分鐘內吃完還要水喝，旁人看了都無奈苦笑。法官裁定進行精神鑑定，精神科醫師研判可能有「精神解離」現象。

經台大醫院鑑定後，指出無證據顯示陳佳富精神解離、多重人格，認定他精神正常，可接受審判。
