國道由警署監控？　交長：不同意提供

【李姿慧／台北報導】警政署發函要求高公局和遠通電收配合「國道全面監控」，交通部長葉匡時今受訪時表示，不是警政署一個公文來，交通部就得提供，仍要考量適法性和《個資法》問題，何況是要提供24小時國道上所有車輛的行車即時紀錄，目前交通部對此有疑慮，雖高公局去年回文同意，但他認為不妥，已要求高公局踩剎車，並責成高公局邀法務部、警政署就適法性研商，並訂定出一套嚴謹的相關規定，「現階段交通部不同意提供。」
