金價可以一年跌3成，為什麼房價不能?

房價當然不可能，房價又不是金價，對比股票也太可笑，

因為台灣房地產就是不一樣啦!

地球上所有金融商品唯一不會跌的就是台北房價。

站在空方立場，我倒是樂見多數人認知的台北房價不會跌，
去年金價1800美元時候，多數人也是認為黃金是最穩健保值的貨物。

當大家都覺得不可能會跌的時候，不到半年內就忽然到了1200美元。

台灣房價炒到現在，已經超過合理房價太多，而且這次比二十年前更嚴重，
摔得一定更重。
