外國人眼中的日本人　「小朋友接電話」

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】雖然日本企業常常提及國際化，但在外國人眼中，日本仍有不少企業文化，讓外國人難以理解。根據《Record Japan》網站報導，外國人最受不了日本人的地方如下。

扮小朋友接電話
有美國人指出，自己致電日本公司時，對方員工的聲音像小孩，更懷疑她是童工，後來才明白，原來她們為了讓客戶留下好印象，女性客服員會特意使用可愛的聲音來對答。

下指令前要冥想
有英國人稱，日本上司每當下達指令前，總是雙手交叉，閉目冥想，然後過一會突然說句「好！」，再下達簡潔的命令。

發電郵都喜歡副本抄送(cc)
據稱，日本公司發電郵特別喜歡cc，不管與業務有關聯與否的信件，都會進行副本抄送。
