日月光案　張虔生以證人身份到案

日月光汙水事件，高雄市環保局20日依水污染防治法第40條規定予以「日月光K7廠晶圓製造程序之廢水產出製程停工處分」，但事件並未因此告一段落，高雄地檢署今日(27日)下午又傳喚剛從美返台的董事長張虔生，營運長吳田玉、總經理羅瑞榮等三人，均以證人身分到案，對排污案提出說明。

日月光污染事件，雖然董事長張虔生出面道歉並允諾捐款，但外界卻批評張虔生的道歉缺乏誠意，加上違法污染事證明確，高雄市環保長陳金德在20日下午，列出8項理由，勒令日月光K7廠停工。

眼見事情難以善了，張虔生22日緊急拜訪高雄市長陳菊，高雄市政府認為張、陳兩人不宜私下溝通，特別安排公開見面藉以避嫌。陳菊表示，勒令日月光停工，是市府最艱難、沈重的決策，她同時也督促業者儘速提出改善計畫，市府將會加速審查並做必要的協助。
