二、未申裝eTag車輛有多元欠費查詢及繳費管道

(一) 計程收費階段，未申裝eTag且未預付登記之民眾，可利用超商多媒體通路平台（Kiosk）、遠通公司直營門市等、遠通客服電話、高速公路1968客服中心免費電話、智慧型手機App軟體（遠通版）查詢應繳通行費，與ETC用路人相同。

(二) 未申裝eTag之民眾其繳費管道及通知民眾繳納通行費之方式說明如下：
1. 自動繳費期內：可利用超商使用多媒體系統、遠 通直營門市、網路、客服電話等方式繳費。
2. 逾自動補繳期後：會先以「平信」歸戶（每日欠費交易歸戶為1筆，每15-16筆歸戶為一張帳單）寄出帳單，通知民眾繳納通行費；用路人無額外負擔。
3. 平信寄發逾補繳期仍未繳費者，再以「雙掛號」寄發第二次通知，須加收作業處理費（內含雙掛號郵資）。

放心好了，對銀行來說這是商機，現在水電、瓦斯、停車費都有銀行代繳，ETC帳號也會有的。
