報復性殺戮 前叛軍在中非首都殘殺近千人

國際特赦組織(Amnesty International，AI)今天(19日)在一份報告中指出，中非共和國以穆斯林為主的前叛軍，2週前在首都班基(Bangui)殺害了將近1千人，藉此報復基督徒民兵的攻擊。

這項死亡人數要比聯合國先前的估計高出許多。聯合國表示，在班基有450人遭到殺害，在中非其他地區則有150人遇害。

國際特赦組織表示，來自前叛軍塞勒卡聯盟(Seleka)的民兵，在2天的報復殺戮中，殺害了近1千人。他們是為了報復以基督教信徒為主的反對派組織「反巴拉卡」(anti-balaka)，先前在班基殺害了約60名穆斯林男性。

中非共和國的基督徒民兵和穆斯林民兵之間，爆發嚴重的流血衝突，法國軍隊和非洲維持和平部隊已經介入調停。

聯合國難民事務高級專員公署(UNHCR)發言人愛德華茲(Adrian Edwards)先前表示，可以預見，中非情勢將進一步惡化。
