【短片】6公尺「福氣鴨」　孩童驚呼好夢幻

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆港務局展區「福氣鴨」開館試營運，用10萬顆氣球，打造氣球夢幻館，有小鴨澡堂、土地公廟、熊貓圓仔與憤怒鳥，其中以6公尺高的氣球黃色小鴨最吸睛，不少幼兒園小朋友爭相合影，驚呼「好夢幻！」

蝠氣球藝術創作坊作者李承澔表示，動員100人，在2天內完成氣球館，選用美國Qualatex天然環保氣球打造而成的氣球館，今明2天早上10時許至下午4時許，開放基隆市民免費參觀；福氣鴨入場門票150元，其中100元折抵園內小鴨商品，另50元可在Babyboss中保寶貝城使用。
