今天10點在台南德安百貨前馬路，有個阿婆忽然紅燈左轉沒打方向燈，我被撞倒在地，我叫她停下來我要做筆錄！ 她回頭罵我瘋子，是你撞到我的！就騎走了 我有受傷、有找警察測量，有她車牌，我要怎樣才能要到受傷害我不能工作的理賠？ 她罵我瘋子，是民事訴訟，找警察備案嗎？ 這算妨礙名譽？毀謗？還是？ 跪求有經驗的大大指導～ 警方說現場錄影機壞掉還要調帶子中～ 很生氣又很無助 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 39.15.6.43
