（中央社記者許湘欣台北5日電）華航總經理將由桃園機場總經理林鵬良接任，董事長孫洪祥認為林鵬良資歷完整、可望與華航互補。

華航今獲頒2013年第11屆遠見雜誌「傑出服務獎」，孫洪祥在頒獎典禮上表示，華航一直秉持「以客為尊」的理念，精神早已成為服務業界遵循圭臬。

近年來華航朝「SOP+PLUS」發展，也就是「服務無上限」，將「兩心三動」用心、細心、主動、互動、感動融入服務流程。在每一次與旅客的服務接觸，都能超越顧客期待，與天合聯盟策略「Caring more aboutyou（貼心呵護 溫馨旅程）」不謀而合，更證明華航的服務思維與國際服務趨勢接軌且獨步先驅。

針對林鵬良人事案，孫洪祥說，歡迎他的加入，林鵬良資歷完整、可望與華航互補。

營運面部分，孫洪祥說，今年主要還是貨運業務較不如預期，但第4季有回升現象，應是歐美景氣復甦加上各式新產品推出；客運持續穩定表現，但油價還是偏高。1021105
