標題[請益] 健身房之選擇(緹力士vs運動特區)

最近想要去健身房運動 因為住在中山路跟景平路口 所以只考慮家樂福樓上的緹力士 還有景平中山路口全家樓上的運動特區 緹力士之前曾經去過 個人覺得費用什麼的是還ok 只是大部份的運動器材都不知道怎麼使用 所以就比較無法做簡單重訓 大約能做的就是跑步機跟幾個有氧課程 運動特區的部份上次有去看了一下 是覺得場地有點小，跑步機只有兩台 但教練(老闆)說可以教我們使用跑步機以外的器材 感覺好像有人可以教可以省教練費?! 比較下來還真的不知道要怎麼選 有人去過運動特區，或是兩間都去過的嗎 哪一間比較適合女生呢 謝謝orz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.181.107.128
