蔡得勝：丟鞋子是暴力行為

立法院外交國防委員會今天初審國安局民國103年的年度預算，面對立委質問近期群眾對馬英九總統的丟鞋行為，國安局長蔡得勝說，「投擲鞋子是屬於暴力行為；今天丟鞋子，明天裡面會不會裝磚塊？」所以應該被制止。

蔡得勝表示，在公開場合大聲咆哮是對別人的不尊重，也會干預到活動的進行。國安局保護元首的維安原則是，只要沒有過度危害的行為或影響元首安全，國安局不會有大動作的防護。
