圖5天喪假竟謊報母亡　不肖子起訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】張姓男子（29歲）在一家工廠上班，因長期加班、過度勞累，去年9月間，為請5天喪假，竟偽造中國醫藥學院死亡證明書，偽填51歲母親因淋巴癌過世，順利向公司會計請假。
 
直到去年11月，張母到醫院看病時，經醫院告知已被中央健保局退保，始悉上情。台中地檢署依偽造文書罪將張提起公訴，張將面臨5年以下之有期徒刑。
