最近發現有機素食專賣店開始賣一種叫做「印度尼西亞丹貝」的食品 因為朋友的媽媽是素食主義者，所以常常會買一些素食品回來做料理 結果吃到一道丹貝辣椒花生之後居然食之驚人!!! 上網查了一下，發現丹貝其實是一種利用大豆發酵製成的食品，蛋白 質、胺基酸不亞於豆腐，也意外查到在家DIY自製丹貝的食譜配方， 所以想要嚐試在家裡做做看…只是材料中有一個「丹貝菌種」 Tempeh Starter 不管你要問什麼，都別忘了附上『高雄點』 (我是高雄人和我曾住在高雄不能當高雄點喔) 高雄點辦法請見置底公告說明 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.173.113.4
