江揆要報告 綠提先廢特偵組

立法院今（17）日開議，民進黨團與台聯黨團公開要求，行政院長江宜樺要為踐踏國會、毀壞國家憲政道歉，議事停擺，朝野繼續協商。民進黨團幹事長高志鵬受訪表示，江宜樺道歉是必要條件，但研判江宜樺不會道歉，因此設立底線，包括要求江揆專案報告並成立調閱委員會、廢特偵組、停建核四，以及凍漲10月電價。

立法院上午10時03分國是論壇後，立法院長王金平宣布開會，民進黨、台聯立委擺出抗議「廢除東廠」等標語，國民黨團見狀請求協商。王金平隨即宣布休息協商，朝野協商到中午未有結果，到了下午3時30分朝野再度進行協商。

高志鵬在下午協商前受訪表示，民進黨團堅持對特偵組違法監聽的部份，江宜樺應帶同檢察總長黃世銘來立法院做專案報告，「這件事佔據新聞版面那麼久，也是國人所關心的事，來做專案報告有那麼難嗎？」

高志鵬說，民進黨也主張針對此案成立調閱委員會並廢特偵組，而廢除特偵組也獲得65%的民調支持。他也強調，如果江宜樺連道歉都不願意，就無需進行朝野協商，民進黨每位立委每周二、周五行程都會排開備戰。
