【陳偉周╱基隆報導】為了鐵飯碗，拼了！基隆市環保局昨招募清潔隊員，70個錄取名額竟有1200多人報考，錄取率僅5%，連代課老師及碩士生都來搶工作機會。1名30多歲男代課老師扛40公斤沙包跑得上氣不接下氣，哀嘆教書薪水僅2萬元，清潔員卻有4萬元，為高薪，他寧願「棄文投武」。
