（中央社華盛頓2日綜合外電報導）國際恐怖主義實體搜尋研究所（SITE）表示，「伊斯蘭國」（IS）公布將另一名美國記者索特羅夫（Steven Sotloff）斬首的錄影帶。

「伊斯蘭國」（IS）8月20日公布錄影帶，聲稱已將一名美國記者斬首，並表示手中還有另一名美國記者，這名記者的命運端視美國總統歐巴馬的下個行動而定。

這捲名為「給美國的訊息」錄影帶張貼在社群網站，影帶中據稱顯示處決近兩年前在敘利亞失蹤的美國記者佛里（James Foley）。

影帶中一名操著英國腔英語的蒙面男子，押著一名據稱是美國記者索特羅夫的男子，他表示：「這位美國公民的性命，歐巴馬，就取決於你下個決定。」1030903
