【蔡進男／基隆報導】上月《蘋果》踢爆七堵1家工廠排放廢水，造成瑪陵坑溪的魚群暴斃，環保局將依水汙染防制法裁罰業者6到60萬元。但附近里民認為工廠仍持續偷排放廢水，引發瑪陵地區居民強烈譴責，今早掛布條抗議；警方不敢大意，在現場戒備，防止會有衝突產生。
