請問關於 底片的沖掃效果.

各位大大好,
小弟剛加入的底片機的行列, 但是對底片的沖掃有一些疑問...
所以想要來請教各位大大,

小弟貼幾張這次底片沖掃出來的圖

使用的底片是 Fujifilm X-TRA 400, 台中金霏林沖掃的,
掃的畫素是基本的600萬畫素,
圖放大看時細節都很糊, 而且感覺抹的挺嚴重的,
想請問的是, 是我選擇掃的畫素不夠? 還是底片的效果? 還是其它環節的因素呢??

另外請問就是通常店家都是給"加工"過的JPG檔嗎?
可以請店家給像數位單眼可紀錄的RAW檔之類的檔嗎? (像是TIFF檔)
只要是經過"掃"的部驟就是會經過調整囉?

小弟想的是, 想要的圖檔是原始有寬容度的,
降噪或是銳利等的微調, 都可以自己來,
不好意思有這些疑問~~ 再請各位前輩多多指導一下!! 感謝
