昨晚在高速公路的etc收費站前 發生了多車追撞事故， 急速切換車道的車已跑走，（警察說很難追究它責任） 然後，有五台車發生碰撞 我是第５台速度約六十km， 仍煞車不及撞上第４台（據悉害本來已停下的４又輕撞上３） 想請益下幾問題： 一。第４車的保險公司有可能向我索賠嗎？ 二。第４車修復期間，租賃代步車我是否需負責 三。人員全無受傷，修復車體我還可能有什麼責任？ 本人只有保強制險 沒有任意險，這下有點麻煩～～～ 煩請版友能給我意見，感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.110.123
