中市首起酒駕拒測　罰9萬扣車

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名李姓男子（54歲）昨深夜騎機車經過豐原區信義街，警方攔檢他，他搖搖晃晃停下機車，警員聞到李男散發酒味，表明要進行酒測，李男卻做起伸展操，表明：「這樣酒測值比較低！」警方讓他休息15分鐘且飲水漱口，當警方要施以酒測時，李男卻揮手說：「我不要測。」警方告知拒測得強制送醫院，李男竟點頭說送醫院好，經台中地檢核發鑑定許可書送醫抽血，檢測換算呼氣酒精濃度0.84毫克，今早依照公共危險罪嫌送辦。

警方表示，李男是台中市首起酒測拒測案例，過程中，李男不會擾亂警方，就是堅持拒測，得罰9萬元，機車被扣、吊扣駕照、3年內不得考照。警方推論，李男應是太醉了，淺意識內表達不想酒測。
