十年過去Memory Bus為何一直停留在128bit呢

小弟沒記錯的話應該有十年以上了吧
記得十年前買VGA就看到主流是64bit，有些好點的128bit
兩者價差沒多少

十年過去，過了十年
Memory Bus 主流居然停留在128bit
256bit的卡價差居然是三四千再跳的

為什麼會這樣呢
