鄭捷案移審 法院裁定羈押

（中央社記者蔡沛琪、王朝鈺、王鴻國21日電）北捷殺人案，新北地檢署今天依4個殺人罪、22個殺人未遂罪起訴被告鄭捷，求處死刑。全案移審後，法院裁定羈押。

鄭捷涉嫌於5月21日下午4時許在台北捷運板南線開往永寧站的列車，行經龍山寺站至江子翠站間，持刀隨機殺人，造成4人死亡、20多人受傷的不幸事件，這也是捷運史上首宗持刀隨機砍人。1030721
