沒遺失 想換身分證的照片可以嗎

舊的照片是國中快照拍的所以不像又不好看
是緊急情況下要的

我現在高中
困擾的事我考檢定的時候一直被監考老師看

出國也被問身分證幾號

因為身分證的照片真的....滿不像的

所以我想請問可以說遺失再辦一個嗎
身分證是不是要隔幾年才再辦一次呀

會違法嗎....
