今天立法院召開第五場服貿協議公聽會，針對金融產業是否開放進行討論。旦出席委員人數甚少，除了少數綠營立委發言，藍營立委並沒有人發言。民進黨籍立委段宜康批評行政院沒有提供評估報告，就要全民買單，這樣的做法無法令人信服。

民進黨籍立委段宜康表示，贊成銀行業向外發展，也很支持銀行去中國大陸發展，但是現在行政單位沒有針對服貿提出評估報告，任何一個企業有任何投資都會有評估報告，沒有評估報告是不可能同意投資的，因此無法表達贊成服貿的立場。

【大紀元2013年10月03日訊】（大紀元記者黃清報導）西方多家主流媒體報導稱，薄熙來已於9月23日提出上訴，但詭異的是截至目前，無論是中共官方還是薄熙來辯護律師，都未證實此消息。

近日，名為「@瓜瓜薄2013」發佈微博，宣稱父母親的活摘器官和販賣屍體罪行自己均知情。有分析稱：在薄熙來上訴有效期間，瓜瓜薄說「要死大家一塊死 」，雖然無法確定瓜瓜薄就是薄瓜瓜，但這個帳號和此段話在此時出現，絕非偶然。

薄熙來上訴時間進入最後期限

根據判決書，薄熙來可在接到判決書的第二日起10日內，通過山東中院或者直接向山東省高級法院提出上訴。據此，10月2日應是薄熙來的「最後期限」，過期則不再享有上訴權。但由於10月1日至7日是大陸官方規定的長假，因此薄熙來案的上訴截至日期也就被順延到了10月9日。

薄熙來於9月22日一審被判決無期徒刑的第二天，9月23日，路透社和法新社均引述消息人士稱，薄熙來已經提出上訴，此過程可能長達兩個月，並會由當局決定。

親共香港媒體文匯網報導稱，薄熙來對濟南市中院一審判決不服，23日直接向山東省高院提出上訴。依照刑事訴訟法的規定，山東省高院會將薄熙來的上訴狀移交濟南中院，濟南中院在接受該上訴狀後，在三日內將薄案的相關案卷、證據移送山東省高院。 刑訴法還規定，二審應當在兩個月之內審結。二審即為終審，薄熙來將不得再上訴。從以往案件來看，二審通常在一個月內就可結束。

港媒《明報》報導引述一名在庭上旁聽的消息人士稱，薄熙來在聞判後勃然大怒，當庭咆哮說﹕「判決不公！嚴重不實！既不公開，也不公正！」說完後，被法警立即給薄熙來戴上手銬，從央視片段可見，薄熙來當時的情緒非常激動，緊握的雙拳在顫抖，手背青筋暴現。

該名消息人士續稱﹕在一般情況下，主審法官會問當事人一句﹕「你是否上訴？」但由於薄還未等法官提問就咆哮了，結果就直接被帶走，未能當庭提出上訴。

瓜瓜薄：「要死大家一起死」

近日，名為「@瓜瓜薄2013」發佈微博，宣稱父母親的活摘器官和販賣屍體罪行自己均知情。此帖文稱：「公訴書還是把我牽涉進來了！別怪我不義了：對某一氣功團體和異議人士進行器官摘取和屍體加工的指控，不能讓父母獨自承擔！那是當時上面高層有相應政策，特別是得到了某首長的支持，是當時大氣候下進行的！全國各地許多部門都在做，公檢法部門、軍隊、醫院都在參與！只不過他倆開了頭。要死大家一塊死！」

此微博下面轉發的網友寫道：「吃驚」「數萬人啊，天大的罪惡！你們認了？」「吃驚、抓狂」「那就是承認了（衰），魔鬼的行為！」「摘取器官賺錢，出售屍體又賺錢，這無本的血腥買賣真令文明社會無法想像」。

有分析稱：在薄熙來上訴有效期間，瓜瓜薄說「要死大家一塊死 」，雖然無法確定瓜瓜薄就是薄瓜瓜，但這個帳號和此段話在此時出現，絕非偶然。

薄案真相：活摘器官 中共一直掩蓋

「@瓜瓜薄2013」的這篇帖文透露了中共必死的原因：是「對某一氣功團體和異議人士進行器官摘取和屍體加工的指控。」就是指海內外許多人知道的：薄熙來與薄谷開來夥同江澤民利用中共政權活體摘取法輪功學員和異議人士器官，販賣這些人體器官和屍體牟取暴利的罪行。

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】1個以37歲詹姓男子為首的販毒集團，常於三峽、鶯歌活動，利用網咖24小時營業且無門禁管制的便利性，便以網咖當作毒品交易的地點，甚至還強調因網咖包廂與廁所隱密性高，所以可以「現買現吸」，讓許多毒蟲趨之若鶩。
