國研院長陳良基今天表示，已與美國矽谷著名創新育成公司簽署合作意向書，未來將選派年輕創業團隊赴美受訓，並邀請矽谷業師來台，透過雙向連結方式，推動創新創業。

陳良基6月底率團赴美訪問一週，推動與美方資通訊科技雙邊交流，並吸取美國矽谷創業生態系統，與美國矽谷著名的創新育成公司Plug and Play TechCenter（PnP）簽署合作意向書。

陳良基表示，台灣高科技最早從矽谷移植IC至台灣，但目前矽谷已轉型成創新經濟的發動機。

他說，近幾年台灣被批評越來越遠離矽谷，當地台灣的留學生人數也越來越少。

陳良基指出，如果矽谷是台灣原先經濟動脈、源源不絕養分的供應者，他認為台灣未來科技若要扮演重要角色，如何與矽谷創新經濟進一步連結將相當重要。

國研院透過與美國矽谷著名的創新育成公司簽約，陳良基表示，未來將選派台灣年輕創業團隊到矽谷受訓，並邀請矽谷業師來台，最快年底前啟動。

他說，待科技部成立後，希望利用台北科技大樓1樓的空間，作為矽谷業師來台及國內大學團隊創業的駐點。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】昨天晚間9時許，一名到板橋知名百貨公司參加喜宴的男子，因逃生門已鎖上往內往外都出不去，耗了約半小時只好打119求援。

受困的陳姓男子表示，他與妻子晚間至百貨公司9樓吃喜酒，離開時因電梯人多，便由逃生梯走到1樓，但出入口皆已上鎖，不斷敲打皆無人回應，對監視器揮手也未見警衛前來，才會報案求助，而後警衛將通往百貨公司內部的安全門打開，要求陳男由此門離去即可，但陳男堅持要從往外的逃生門出去，並痛批百貨公司將逃生門上鎖，發生火警該如何是好。

百貨公司陳姓課長則說，事發當時百貨公司正在閉店，除電梯旁的出入口外，會將百貨公司正門及安全門先行上鎖，且逃生梯及安全門是在突發狀況時使用，並不是給一般客人離場時進出，希望陳男能接受此種解釋，但陳姓男子對此表示，他本身做工地30多年，對相關消防法規有所了解，認為逃生門本來就不該上鎖，且事後百貨公司處理態度不佳，他實在難以接受。

    偶像女團T-ara去年的“團內不和事件”成為話題後，解除了代言的廣告合約，並起訴了要求返還代言費的服裝公司，但以敗訴收場。

昨天（8日），首爾中央地方法院民事33部表示，T-ara所屬公司Core Contents Media起訴了服裝公司，但法院最終駁回了原告的訴訟。

去年3月，T-ara以4億韓元（約台幣一千一百萬元）與服裝公司簽署了代言合約，但7月T-ara捲入了“團內不和事件”，輿論引起負面影響後，服裝公司要求解除合約。T-ara的經紀公司承認自己的過失，並寫下了協議書，接受服裝公司的要求，發行4億韓元（約台幣一千一百萬元）承兌匯票。

但T-ara經紀公司沒有按照協議書旅行義務，並稱：“雙方達成協議後，服裝公司沒有立即停止T-ara代言的廣告。”並向法院提起了取消協議的訴訟。

對此，法庭表示：“雙方達成協議之後，被告因負面輿論無法繼續讓T-ara代言，原告也承認了這一點。”、“在這種情況下，被告在接下來的2個月期間內，沒有拆除部分廣告牌是因為拆除費用及時間的所需，並不是故意行為。”駁回了T-ara所屬經紀公司的訴訟。
