林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任林杰樑5日病逝，與林相識超過20年的台北榮總臨床毒物科主任鄧昭芳表示，他是令人尊敬的同道，常提醒政府及國人重視食品安全，對社會做了不少事。

鄧昭芳說，林杰樑很勇於表達自我觀點，常引用科學研究數據說明毒物及食品安全看法，有時可能其他專家意見不同，他也不管別人怎麼想。

【綜合報導】中國媒體報導指出，筷子用太久，藏在筷子細小凹槽裏的細菌會引發疾病，甚至致癌，筷子最好3至6個月定期更換。

醫生指出，木筷或竹筷使用時間過長、木屑鬆動，確實易滋生細菌，如果筷子發霉，更可能被劇毒的黃曲霉素污染，會引致肝癌，甚至死亡。

醫生提醒，民眾可每周用沸水煮筷子半小時消毒，或每半年更換新筷子，以策安全。挑選筷子時最好選竹筷或未染色的木筷，以免染色劑裏的重金屬、笨等有害物質危害健康。
