【陳如嬌／台北報導】遠通電收已架設完成國道319座計程收費門型架，第三公正單位德國萊因公司驗證作業今開始，遠通即起安排近百輛大、小車，進行情境測試。
 
今凌晨先請專業賽車手駕駛保時捷等超跑，以時速160至180公里通過門型架，檢驗收費設備能否正常運作；今晚則在龍潭一帶以小客車和大型車等測試。測試預計持續到下月，要了解門型架是否在不同天氣、距離和車速下，都能正常扣款。

德國南部巴伐利亞邦長期執政的基督教社會聯盟（CSU）在今天的邦議會選舉贏得絕對多數，將重返單獨執政。目前與基社黨聯合執政的自由民主黨（FDP）卻未能跨過5%的選舉門檻。

據德國第一電視台ARD及第二電視台的估算，基社黨的得票率分別是48.7%和48.9%。邦總理也是基社黨黨魁賽賀佛（Horst Seehofer）在開票後不久即興高采烈地宣佈選舉大勝，指出有半數選民把選票投給基社黨。

基社黨一直是巴伐利亞邦的第一大黨。2008年的邦議會選舉，基社黨在單獨執政46年後首度未能得到邦議會絕對多數的席次，必須與當時得到8%選票的自民黨合作組織聯合政府。今天的投票結果，自民黨嚴重受挫。根據電視台計票，只得到3%的支持。

選前即受到矚目的小黨「自由選民」（FreieWaehler）在這次選舉估計得票率只有8.4%，甚至低於上屆的10.2%。

社會民主黨（SPD）得票率較上一屆選舉的18.6%稍有提升，以20.5%的得票率穩居巴伐利亞邦第二大黨。綠黨（Die Gruene）的得票率只有8.4%，低於5年前的9.4%。

巴伐利亞邦在22日聯邦國會選舉投票日的前1週舉行邦議會選舉投票。這項選舉結果也可能牽動聯邦選舉，所以備受矚目。

德國媒體指出，自民黨在巴伐利亞的重挫，令這個多項民調都顯示岌岌可危的政黨更憂心下週的國會選舉。自民黨期待能爭取到選民第二張選政黨的選票，至少能跨過5%的國會選舉門檻，也有機會繼續與基民/基社聯盟（CDU/CSU）聯合執政。

德國媒體分析，最近民調顯示，不少選民並不排斥選後由基民/基社聯盟與社民黨組織大聯合政府。如果下週的國會選舉投票結果，自民黨也無法跨過門檻，基民/基社聯盟即使得票率領先，若達不到絕對多數，要繼續執政勢必另覓夥伴。

最新的幾項民調結果顯示，基民/基社聯盟的支持率在39%到40%之間，社民黨在25%到26%之間，綠黨在10%到12%之間，左派在7%到9%之間，自民黨在5%上下。

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】樹林區三龍街1家有38年歷史的介明塑膠廠驚傳1起持刀砍人案件，昨天晚上8時許，43歲官姓男員工到達公司準備上班時，被喝醉酒的同事拿斧頭砍傷，送醫時在頭部2處、頸部1處各5公分撕裂傷，送醫急救目前並無生命危險，廠方低調表示並不清楚詳細情形。警方表已掌握兇嫌相關資料，目前已加派警力擴大偵辦追緝凶徒中。
