【綜合報導】雖然已經確認4名AV演員感染了愛滋病，但美國加州州議會仍否決「強制男演員拍攝成人電影時必須戴保險套」的提案。

4名AV演員上月先後驗出對愛滋病毒呈陽性反應，使得當地的AV工業停拍2周，直到本周五後將復拍。而洛杉磯之前更通過法案，要求男優拍片時必須全程戴保險套，但隨即遭到AV業內人士反對，指男優戴套會影響觀眾觀看的樂趣，而且也無法肯定這4名遭感染的演員，是否在工作中感染愛滋病。

加州AV產業每年生產值高達50億美元(約台幣1500億元)，主要集中在洛杉磯拍攝，但自立法要求男優戴套後，不少製片工作都移師到其他地區進行，嚴重打擊當地稅收。

貓王國曾經是如此的和平又繁榮，所有生活在這裡的貓科動物們都過著幸福快樂的日子。

遊戲開始後玩家會看到基特站在碉堡上，利用WASD鍵可以讓牠下來或是再站上去。此時，貓帝國會從畫面兩邊開始進攻，利用滑鼠可以瞄準與射擊敵人，打倒敵人後會掉落一些金幣、補血與彈藥，玩家必須前往該處才能取得。

當所有敵人都清除完成後就會過關，並且會進入升級頁面：

- 增加碉堡血量
- 自動修復碉堡血量
- 左大砲
- 右大砲

【劉志原╱台北報導】國民黨昨針對台北地院裁定立法院長王金平暫時保有黨權提出抗告，王的委任律師許英傑，已於今上午9時許至北院領取國民黨抗告書，北院已完成送達程序，最快今天中午，會將全案送高等法院。高院收案後，應在5個月內決定國民黨的抗告是否成立。

我用的是打對台的台哥大超能省(這應該是拿香對拜的吧?) 個人覺得還不錯 因為我本身只要門號不要手機 續約後就轉手了 低通話+高網路 是我心中比較想要的費率 不過台哥大一直都沒推出 他很聰明 手機要有好續約價他都會綁高通話給你 問題我不是要這個 所以前一個費率是綁了 699通話+250網路 還只有100MB而已 現在這個一個月少了 三四百 網路能用的量又多了很多 前幾個月吃到飽 後面都有5G 這個量很夠用了 不瘋狂看電影戲劇 我很認真的用 半個月才用掉1.1G而已..... 再加上三個熱線(記得中華大省有這個吧?) 常連絡的三個人就夠了 剩下用LINE或SKYPE 這方案對通話不是很需要但想要多點網路的人很適合 台哥大缺點應該是能搭的手機不多吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.149.196

【綜合報導】德國總理莫克昨晚指出，德國確實曾經像敘利亞出口上百噸化學品，但否認是給敘利亞製造化學武器。

德國媒體指出，2002年以及2006年，德國曾向敍利亞共出口137噸化學製品，其中93噸為氟化氫，質疑這些化學品是否可能被用來製造沙林毒氣。莫克表示，這是前任政府批准的出口品，而且當時調查後認為這批化學品是做為民間用途，因此向出口企業頒發許可證。

莫克也說，目前仍沒有證據顯示這些從德國出口的化學品，被用來製造沙林毒氣。從2011年5月起，國際社會開始對叙利亞政府實行制裁，德國也沒有再向敍利亞出口過類似產品。
