| 【短片】極速風車甩飛遊客 初判機械故障

【綜合報導】中國陝西省西安市秦嶺歡樂世界遊樂園，昨天(15日)下午2時許，大型機動遊戲「極速風車」發生「甩人」意外，2男1女遊客被拋下跌落地面重傷。經過現場檢查，初步判定是機械故障。目前，遊樂場已全部停業。
其中一名傷者友人王航表示，「極速風車」一共有6排，每排5個座位。事發時跟他坐在同一排的男生突然被拋飛出去。機器繼續上升，另一名男孩也接着也掉了下去。隨後機器慢慢停下，餘下的3名遊客在半空倒立，突然坐在中間的女子又掉下，摔到遊戲區的鐵欄外。另一個女孩也差點掉到地上，幸好她的頭被卡在安全帶上，並由身旁另一位男士抱住。
坐在王航旁的遊客張倩說，工作人員沒有檢查安全帶，機器就啟動，隨後發生可怕意外。據悉，3名傷者仍在院留醫。其中最後摔下來的女孩小魏傷勢最嚴重，全身骨折，還沒脫離生命危險。第一個摔下的西北工業大學研究生二年級學生小任，口腔骨折，臉部有小面積骨折，已轉入一般病房休養。14歲的中學生小馮，因傷勢過重已轉院接受治療。

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】從9月14日開始，649彩票的民眾需要為每張彩票多付1元，即每張彩票的價格從2元漲到3元，與此同時，每週還會新推出一個百萬大獎，而常規開獎的獎池亦會增加到500萬元。
据CBC報道，大西洋彩票公司(Atlantic Lottery Corporation)發言人普林格爾-卡弗(Courtney Pringle-Carver)表示﹐投注者中獎機會更更高。她說﹕「現在每期開彩的彩票﹐投注者都有機會﹐贏得保證的100萬元獎金﹐頭獎獎金最少也有500萬元。另外﹐6個號碼只需要中兩個﹐便可獲新設的1張免費彩票獎。」
這是自2004年以來，649彩票首次加價。Atlantic 49彩票的每注金額和獎金也會改變﹐那些彩票只在加拿大大西洋省份出售。
新649彩票將與周三首次開彩。而949彩零售商和alc.ca周日則停業﹐投注者不能在這個時間購買彩票。

【李政遠／雲林報導】古坑鄉鐵國山往桂林方向的雲209線，今上午11點發生小貨車翻落山谷意外，一對種柑橘的夫婦上山整理果園，開貨車下山途中，疑因煞車失靈翻落50公尺深山谷，卡在竹林中，經消防人員搶救送醫，仍造成妻死夫重傷。
雲林縣消防局今上午11點獲報，古坑鄉鐵國山往桂林方向的雲209線2.1公里處，發生小貨車翻落山谷竹林意外，公園、古坑消防分隊，10多名警消人員及搶救器材車趕往搶救，因小貨車卡在竹林裡，無便道可抵事故現場，民眾拿出柴刀砍伐竹子，清岀一條搶救便道，讓警消下達50公尺深的山谷救人。
小貨車受到嚴重撞擊，車身翻轉四輪朝天，車上一對老農夫婦卡在車內，警消順利將人救出，以擔架扛抬到路邊，救護車送往台大雲林分院急救，其中吳家重身上多處骨折，目前手術中；吳劉街到院時已無呼吸心跳，急救後仍宣告不治。
警方調查指出，79歲的吳家重與80歲吳劉街是夫妻，今日上午駕小發財車前往鐵國山的果園鋤草後，準備返家午休，下山途中疑煞車不靈，車子翻落山谷，車禍發生原因待進一步調查。

〔自由時報記者李容萍／平鎮報導〕患口腔癌、前天動手術切除下巴的陳姓男子，昨午身穿刑警背心、帶著無線電，駕車直闖桃園縣陸軍後勤學校，嚷著要見指揮官，還拔出玩具手槍對著哨兵比劃；軍方衛哨人員馬上舉槍喝令他棄械，一時槍口相向，一觸即發，後經轄區警方到場勸陳男合作，才化解危機。
警方調查，家住桃園龍潭的陳男（40歲），16年前從平鎮市某軍營上士退役，昨午駕吉普車出門時，向家人說要回醫院裝置導食管，卻開吉普車直闖平鎮市的陸軍後勤學校大門。門口衛哨人員立即阻擋，要求表明來意，只見陳男穿刑警背心，從車內拿出一個水果禮盒說要送指揮官，但他因切除下巴、以致話都講不清楚，衛哨見他行為怪異遂當場拒絕。
陳男不爽，從腰間拔出玩具槍，對著哨兵比劃，警衛排人員大吃一驚，紛紛舉起步槍喝斥陳男棄械，情況緊急；所幸鄰近平鎮派出所員警及時趕到，柔性勸導陳男放下手中玩具槍，才讓在場人員鬆了一口氣。

（軍聞社記者董權輝臺北十七日電）海軍司令陳永康上將今天前往臺灣國際造船公司高雄廠區，與臺船公司董事長賴杉桂共同主持海軍新一代「油彈補給艦」豎桅典禮，並實地巡視施工情形及各項工程進度，期許參與此案的相關同仁能秉持「求精求實、繼往開來」精神，矢志捍衛海疆安全的重責大任，使國人瞭解海軍致力建軍整備的努力與成果，持續給予海軍關懷與鼓勵。
陳司令指出，「油彈補給艦」建造案為「國艦國造」的重要指標，意義深遠，海軍監造組將持續與臺船、中山科學研究院密切協調，加強專案管理作為，發揮集體智慧，齊心協力突破難關，順利完成造艦任務，使海軍戰力更加精實。
典禮結束後，陳司令轉往臺船修船大樓，瞭解海發中心監造組監造概況，除頒發慰勉金肯定每位監造同仁辛勞，並期勉大家秉持敬業態度，堅守工作崗位，落實各項工程節點管制，以達成如期、如質交艦目標。
海軍新一代「油彈補給艦」建造案於民國一０一年十二月廿一日開工，今年三月廿五日完成龍骨安放，預計於明年六月底完成交艦，新型油彈補給艦將大幅改善耐波性、續航力與匿蹤性等性能，且更符合環保規範，屆時可滿足海軍各型作戰艦訓練任務。
