【陳嘉恩／台北報導】根據中央氣象局最新颱風警報資料，中度颱風天兔上午11時的位置在金門的南南西方約280公里海面上，以每小時19公里的速度向西前進，朝香港方向移動。氣象局指出，天兔颱風過去3小時半徑略為縮小，從250公里縮小為220公里，預計此颱風強度有減弱且暴風圈有繼續縮小的趨勢。氣象局已於上午8時30分解除陸上颱風警報，如果颱風行徑無特殊變化，氣象局預計在今天下午2時30分解除海上颱風警報。

氣象局提醒，受到颱風環流影響，今天各地仍有降雨，其中台東、花蓮、恆春半島、屏東、高雄及宜蘭地區可能有超大豪雨出現，氣象局持續把這些地區納入降雨警戒區。目前適逢大潮期間，沿海低窪地區應防淹水及海水倒灌。且台灣各地區沿海風浪仍大，請民眾避免前往海邊活動。

先講一下，對方31歲，我24歲。 彼此的戀愛經驗都是0，沒交過男女朋友過。 我們認識在RC語音的某個動漫頻道，而我在那頻道擔任DJ， 大概是在2月的時候，突然聽眾多了一個很會猜歌的他， 加上在電台很常互動，然後每天都會小窗聊天， 所以後來也跟彼此要了LINE，上班時間抽空都會LINE一下。 （後來問過他，那時候他為了聽電台，還會把玩WOW的朋友先丟一邊， 聽完才又繼續玩。） 第一次見面是在4月中，跟我們彼此都認識的RC朋友一起吃飯， 因為興趣相近，可以聊的事情也蠻多，加上都喜歡唱日文歌， 因此只要有去青春譜的團都會叫上他，或者是朋友一團聚會也都會有他。 也漸漸後來認識一些我現實上的朋友。 大概在6月的時候，用LINE講到彼此工作的事情， 他就說他公司缺人，之後也順利成為了他的同事。 因為那時候我覺得我們算蠻熟的朋友了，可能互動上沒有像一般朋友那般， 加上公司離捷運站有一段要走路的距離，剛好對方家裡在捷運站附近， 所以每次我都會先搭公車到對方家樓下，然後就換搭他的摩托車去公司。 也因為這樣的關係，剛進公司之後，公司其他同事都認為我們是在一起， 有時候也會成為他們的話題，因為的確沒在一起，所以每次回答都否認， 只是同事也還是當沒聽到一樣，會繼續鬧我們。 後來也因為越來越熟，互動也開始頻繁， 因為彼此都還蠻愛撒嬌，所以會牽手、偶爾抱抱、也會趴對方肩上。 甚至有時候還會OPEN的問起男女方面的問題。 一直會疑惑這樣好嘛？可是也沒有覺得哪裡不太好，就還是繼續這樣下去。 直到跟RC朋友一起聚會，有人私下跟我說他以為我們再一起了， 加上又多方確認每個人都認為我們有關係，我也突然想知道對方是怎麼在想我們。 因為對方真的對我很好，老實說他是一個不算太有耐性的人，對我卻完全耐心哄著。 於是就開口問他覺得我們這樣算是什麼？ 後來得到有好感，但不到男女朋友之間的程度， 因為他覺得男女之間的感情很容易變，但朋友的情誼才是長久的。 最後也是這樣不了了之結束了這話題。 過了一段時間後，我們話題越來越廣，互動也還是一直這樣下去， 就又探了一次口風，他說如果我跟他告白的話他會對我閃遠一點， 因為他覺得交女友是多一個女生管他，他已經覺得家裡的媽媽管起來有點煩了， 而且他覺得喜歡自在一個人，比如一個人去日本玩的話， 交了女朋友感覺就是女朋友理所當然也要跟著，他就覺得不太自在。 所以我們就還是一直這樣卡著，我也不知道該怎麼去處理好… 想知道大家對於對方到底是在想什麼給點意見，或者我該怎麼面對好… -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.27.97

【大紀元2013年09月22日訊】（大紀元記者古琴澳洲悉尼編譯報導）澳洲紐省政府將對兒童性侵者實施更嚴厲的新法規。按照此法規，兒童性侵犯罪者的住所將可被突襲搜查，警方可強令其交出任何電腦密碼。

據澳新社消息，紐省律法廳長史密斯（Greg Smith）說，新的修正法案將使兒童性侵者面臨更多的突襲搜查，同時加重了對違反保護兒童禁令者的懲罰。

史密斯在上週日（22日）的一份聲明中說：「這是一個合理和均衡的修正案，同時將使任何在冊的兒童性侵犯罪者加重考慮他們不遵守提供報告的義務所面臨的後果。」

根據新的修正案規定，警方將有權隨時突襲和搜查在冊的兒童性侵者的住所。辦案人員也有權進行隨機電腦檢查，同時指令被查者交出個人日誌的詳細訊息和密碼等。

紐省警察廳長加拉赫（Michael Gallacher）說，警方將可隨時突襲在冊28天以上的兒童性侵者的住所。

任何拒絕與警方合作者，將面臨更多的指控。

【陳國偉／綜合報導】F1(Formula One，一級方程式)新加坡站，昨晚進行決賽，奪得桿位的紅牛車手維特爾，沒有意外一路領先到終點，連續三年制霸夜間街道賽，同時也完成個人最近連續3場分站冠軍，目前領先第2名阿隆索積分已經達到60分，奪取年度車手冠軍後勢看好。
 
維特爾昨從發車到終點超完美，最後以32.6秒的極大差距奪冠，維特爾賽後說：「這是一場時間很長的比賽，要控制領先幅度很困難，有時候對手離我遠，安全車出動的時候又很近，在前面名次的競爭，真得很激烈！」維特爾贏得本季第7勝，也是生涯第33勝，正式超越阿隆索的32勝，成為現役車手中，勝場數最多一位。
