抵俄後正式露面　史諾登獲「情報操守獎」

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】流亡俄羅斯的美國中央情報局前職員史諾登（Edward Snowden），昨日出席一個頒獎典禮，領取「情報操守獎」，是他8月離開莫斯科機場後首次公開露面。

頒獎地點沒有透露，極可能在莫斯科。4名美國前官員與史諾登見面，史諾登向他們表示，沒後悔洩露美國情報機密，正適應俄羅斯生活。另外，史諾登的父親朗尼史諾登（Lonnie Snowden）也抵達俄羅斯，與兒子團聚。他表示，未知兒子能否返回美國，但感謝俄羅斯向兒子提供庇護。

史諾登抵俄後正式露面，獲頒「情報操守獎」。翻自英國《每日郵報》

想問 G PRO 螢幕耗電怎麼改善? 我使用30%亮度情況下 按鍵我選擇不亮,HOME鍵LED有開(設定內的選項我幾乎都試過了) 螢幕耗電還是在50%以上 (除了這塊5.5吋1080P螢幕..都很省電) 我想NOTE 3也不會好到哪去 聽說比NOTE2耗電 希望有不要ROOT的方法 聽說會破保固 我想到的方法 1. 畫面縮小到5~5.2吋(沒看過這種APP..) 2. 解析度調整為720P (有可能嗎...) 3. 使用全黑桌布(效果好像有限...) 4. 亞股漲跌互見 日股勁揚

市場擔心美國債限僵局恐導致債務違約，加上國際貨幣基金（IMF）前一日下修全球成長預測，亞洲股市9日漲跌互見。但日圓匯價走貶推升日本東證股價指數（Topix）走高，創近三周來最大單日漲幅。

不含日本在內的MSCI亞太指數午盤下滑0.2%，報465.81點，但亞洲整體指數上漲0.3%至138.86點。日本Topix指數勁揚1.5%，是9月19日以來最大漲幅。

駐雪梨的白色基金管理公司（White Funds Management）常董葛陸斯基說：「市場不喜政府優柔寡斷或爭吵不休。但政黨打算利用各項協議作談判籌碼，投資人當然既緊張又憂心。」

日經225指數和首爾Kospi指數都收紅，分別上漲1.03%和0.42%。

印度、新加坡和印尼股市盤中攀升，漲幅介於0.31%至0.78%間。馬來西亞和泰國股市則挫低，跌幅分別為0.43%和0.27%。

惠普CEO矢言2014年拼逆轉，盤中勁揚5.64%

惠普執行長惠特曼(Meg Whitman)9日為公司營運成長勾勒新願景，她告訴與會的分析師，2014年對惠普來說非常關鍵，將有可觀的成長空間可以期待。受消息利多激勵，惠普股價於美股盤中呈現大漲走勢。

惠特曼表示，營收展望將在2014會計年度(截至2013年10月底止)穩定下來，並強調會於2015會計年度加速成長。據FactSet調查，分析師預期2014會計年度惠普全年營收將年減7.4%至1,110億美元，下一年度則再衰退3%，這與惠特曼的預言大相逕庭，尤其是PC市場現況仍處在衰退之中。但儘管如此，惠特曼的樂觀還是令分析師大呼驚喜。

據MarketWatch報導，惠特曼特別點名惠普極力發展中「嶄新風格的IT 技術」，亦即結合雲端計算、行動通訊與軟體的加值服務將為公司帶來成長動能，而惠普也不畏懼英特爾、微軟等強敵的挑戰。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，截至台北時間10日01時42分止，惠普股價盤中勁揚5.64%，暫報21.92美元。

【李政遠／雲林報導】大埤鄉嘉興村一戶三樓民宅上的鴿舍，下午5點左右突然發生火警，熊熊大火黑煙直竄雲霄，遠在5公里外國道1號斗南收費站清晰可見。
 
由於起火點位於3樓緊鄰隔壁鄰居鐵皮屋，雲林縣消防局獲報立即派出大埤、斗南等消防分隊多部水箱車及10多名警義消前往灌救。
 
被燒死的鴿子，許多都是曾獲冠軍的賽鴿，甚至有人出價70萬元要做為種鴿，飼主沈先生初估損失超過百萬元。

對於起火的原因，消防局初步研判，疑似電線走火引發火災，真正起火原因還需待火場鑑識報告出爐。

高雄市左營區大樓電梯奪命案，奪走母子2條人命，死者分別為32歲大陸籍的謝姓女子，與她的3歲小孩。今(10)天大陸籍謝姓女子的母親來台，在中午抵達桃園機場，當她一抵達機場後，立即在機場痛哭，無法自己。

據媒體消息報導，大陸籍謝姓女子每天都會與母親通電話，這位母親一得知唯一的女兒和外孫發生這樣的事情傷心不已，焦急的想要快點到台灣，今天一抵達桃園機場後，嚎啕大哭，並哭癱倒地，口中直念「我就這麼一個女兒呀」，難以克制情緒，需要別人攙扶才能行走。

這起電梯奪命是如何發生？據了解，謝女家住7樓，原與保險員約好於社區大樓1樓繳交保險費，但保險員卻一直見不到謝女蹤影，打電話也沒接，於是到謝女居住樓層查看，不料竟發現電梯門打開後，驚見謝女3歲的兒子被電梯夾在兩樓層縫隙間，雙腳從電梯車廂垂下，立刻通報大樓管理員並報警。

警方研判，可能是謝女的小孩先跑進電梯被夾住，之後電梯往上跑，謝女見狀心急欲上前搶救小孩，但不小心踩空後，才會墜落到電梯井底部。當時2人被救出時皆已無生命跡象，送醫後仍回天乏術。
