【特約作家許昭彥】 大聯盟理事長塞利格(Bud Selig)已宣佈明年後他將退休，我認為在這理事長任期內，他 有兩件事做得不對：一是他太晚制止球員使用非法禁藥，二是他常給他朋友特權購買球隊 (例如紅襪與馬林魚)。但我也必需稱讚這理事長有三件事對大聯盟貢獻大：一是新球場的 建立，二是各球隊戰力的平衡，三是季後賽外卡隊的設立，後兩者的影響於現在季後賽時 表露無遺。 現在大聯盟季後賽隊已不再像以前那樣，總是由幾隊年年包辦。例如今年能參加季後賽的 10隊中(紅襪、老虎、運動家、光芒、勇士、海盜、紅人、紅雀與道奇)，就有5隊去年沒 進季後賽(紅襪、光芒、印地安人、海盜與道奇)。如果從球隊球員總薪觀點，季後賽球隊 也不再都是富隊，例如今年的光芒、運動家、印地安人、海盜與勇士的球隊總薪資都是在 9000萬美元以下，反觀總薪是第二(2億300萬美元)的洋基就被淘汰，這都表現出現在球隊 戰力的均衡，每隊都有可能翻身。例如印地安人與海盜去年各只贏68場與79場，這兩隊也 不是富隊，但今年就能各贏92場與94場而進入季後賽。 大聯盟在前8季30隊中就只有4隊不能進入季後賽(皇家、馬林魚、水手與藍鳥)，這使各隊 球場觀眾增多。例如小市場球隊像釀酒人在前7季平均每場比賽至少也有31000人，大聯盟 一半球隊每季至少有250萬觀眾，球迷也都能享受美崙美奐的新球場，所以球隊價值也增 加。例如道奇隊去年以21.5億美元賣出，有人就估計這隊價值在25年後將增到80億美元。 塞利格理事長的球隊收入共享(Revenue sharing)方案，對富隊抽取“豪華稅" (Luxury tax) ，與球隊新球場收入的增加，是使各隊戰力平衡(所謂parity) 變成可能的主因。像 今年10支季後賽隊的勝場就是在92勝到97勝間，沒有一支球隊贏100場，在前8季中也一共 只有3隊超過100勝。今年最使人驚奇的就是大聯盟球隊總薪最多的10隊中就有6隊被淘汰 ，與季後賽絕緣！ 現在大聯盟沒有絕對強球隊，要預測哪隊會贏世界大賽冠軍就變得很難。例如2011年的世 界大賽冠軍隊紅雀在那年只贏90場，是有些幸運才能進入季後賽，2012年的冠軍隊巨人也 是在季終最後一天才能進入季後賽，所以誰敢保證今年最早得到季後賽資格的道奇或是有 最佳戰績的紅襪會贏了世界大賽冠軍？有人也說在季後賽無主場優勢，例如在2012年季後 賽所有主隊戰績是18勝19敗。 球隊例行賽戰績強弱也變成不是那麼重要，例如前22季中只有3隊有最佳戰績贏了世界大 賽冠軍(1998年洋基、2007年紅襪與2009年洋基)，所以不要認為今年有最佳戰績的紅襪一 定會贏。但是我認為紅襪因為有那兩位卓越的第一、二棒開路先鋒艾爾斯布瑞(Jacoby Ellsbury)與維多里諾(Shane Victorino)，紅襪還是最有可能會贏，可是我又 不想看到紅襪贏，因為這隊有那大猩猩歐提玆，這人最近說洋基應該給他的多明尼加同胞 5億元薪水。 總之，現在大聯盟季後賽能打得這麼熱鬧，而且不可預測，這是理事長塞利格的功勞，很 少大聯盟理事長像他那樣影響棒球賽這麼大，所以我預測他將來是會被選入棒球名人堂。 【2013/10/11 聯合新聞網】 http://mag.udn.com/mag/sports/storypage.jsp?f_ART_ID=480685 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.235.213.135 ※ 編輯: zzyyxx77 來自: 111.235.213.135 (10/11 11:38) ※ 編輯: zzyyxx77 來自: 111.235.213.135 (10/11 11:40)

東北季風發威，台東市區近日天氣晴朗、濕度偏低、砂土乾燥，今天在6級陣風吹拂下，台東市區整片霧茫茫，許多民眾家中門窗緊閉，出門紛紛戴起口罩。

台東氣象站表示，這波鋒面將持續到16日，如果都沒有降雨，再加上風速都維持在6級，出現風飛沙的情形將會很高。

上週末去逛板橋大遠百,剛好碰到預購會 本來最想試YSL逆齡,去櫃上晃了兩次剛好都碰到沒人招呼的狀況 索性轉往嬌蘭試最近也很夯的超時完美和24K 當天預購會櫃哥櫃姐們都忙到沒時間吃飯 幫我試妝的櫃哥也是偷空吃飯到一半就被找出來招呼我 剛開始我表明想看超時完美和24K 他就拿了tester把兩種粉底試在我手上 開始跟我說明兩種粉底的特色 我默默地想,這樣好像就是沒有要幫我試在臉上的fu 感覺看不出個所以然,本來打算說謝謝就走 試在手上介紹完後,他就說粉底要試在臉上才會準 開始幫我卸掉臉上殘妝,從基本保養開始幫我上打底工作 最後幫我左臉上超時完美,右臉上24K讓我比較 這裡推一下這個櫃哥(趙偉凱),其實一般我不太習慣讓櫃哥服務 但是他態度很nice人又搞笑,整體來說讓人滿自在的 回到試妝心得,因為兩邊妝前保濕都做得很不錯, 所以妝感都很美,我一度無法抉擇哪邊比較好 超時完美帶點霧感,遠看比較精緻,有種朦朧美,修飾毛孔效果很好 24K則是帶有光澤感,遠看比較自然, 我自己覺得上24K那邊的臉看起來比較"碰皮"(台語) 後來最關鍵的決定因素竟然是"顯紋度"(淚) 上超時完美那邊大笑過後笑紋(法令紋)就會有點明顯 24K那邊的笑紋就看不太出來,這點用了一個禮拜之後令我很滿意 即使補妝之後笑紋也是隱藏得很不錯 最後我帶了24K,話說我原本試妝前屬意的是最近很紅的超時完美 所以說妝還是要試過比較準確 以上心得~~~謝謝觀賞:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 編輯: coolg 來自: 114.27.21.38 (10/11 11:41)
