國民黨主席馬英九今天在立院黨團幹部授證時表示，昨天順利阻擋倒閣案，不但每位黨團同志都把票投入票匭，還爭取到無黨籍立委支持，否決了民進黨所提的不信任案，讓行政團隊繼續為台灣打拚。

馬英九說，立院黨團營造團結氣氛，針對倒閣案做好各種情況部屬及準備，他感謝大家。

【詹智淵／彰化報導】彰縣府今開記者會，宣布再增購100台AED（自動體外電擊去顫器），預計配置在公家機構，如縣府、議會、鄉鎮市公所、遊客中心、等，全縣共設置235台，希望能提高緊急事故時，病患的存活率。

秀傳醫院急診醫學部主任長黃炳文說，每增加1分鐘救援時間，就增加10％的死亡率，每年約有2萬人到院前死亡，對突發性心跳停止患者，如能在第一時間內給予電擊搭配CPR，其急救成功率可高達7成，自從前年彰化縣內救護車配置AED後，急診存活率已增加一倍。

【大紀元2013年10月17日訊】 卑詩北部島嶼選區的新民主黨省議員Claire Trevena本星期前往美國，參觀考察華盛頓州的渡輪系統，希望此行能夠幫助卑詩輪渡公司改善服務，降低船票價格。
　　
作為卑詩新民主黨運輸評論員，Trevena認為與華盛頓州有很多輪渡的價格相比，卑詩輪渡的船票定價是「荒謬的」。
　　
在5天的行程中，她將駕車乘坐輪渡從阿納科特斯（Anacortes）出發，途徑奧林匹亞（Olympia）、西雅圖和聖胡安島（San Juan Island)，最後返回卑省悉尼，整個行程渡輪船票預算為170元。Trevena的家位於卑省的Quadra 島，如果在卑省境內花費170元，乘坐從Campbell河到Quadra 島的10分鐘短途輪渡，僅可以支付4次往返船票。
　　
Trevena 表示，將會把她發現的收費差異彙編到調查報告中，報告還將包括卑詩輪渡高管們和在華盛頓州的同行間的離職賠償差異。
　　
去年，卑詩輪渡首席執行官Michael Corrigan收到了50萬離職賠償，而美國同行僅能獲得16.6萬元補償。
　　
Trevena認為，在12年前制定的沿海輪渡法案中，將卑詩輪渡的控管權交給私人利益集團，完全是一個錯誤，這導致了卑省目前高昂的船票價格。她敦促各界作出行動，改善卑省輪渡服務，降低船票價格。 ◇

美國債務上限協商朝正向發展，復華美國新星基金經理人呂丹嵐指出，美爭議終將解決，美股多頭平均長達 7.5年，未來仍將引領全球經濟復甦。

呂丹嵐分析，共和黨若一再杯葛導致美債違約，將背負經濟及金融紊亂的罪名，不利2014年國會選舉，並引發全球系統性風險，在這不可承受之重及社會輿論壓力下，預期兩黨最終可能達成某種程度協商並調高債務上限，對美股將是利多；隨政治經濟不確定性下降，企業可望恢復成長動能，有助提高美股評價。

就基本面觀察，呂丹嵐表示，美國 S&P 500指數今年來持續走多，主要原因在於經濟明顯好轉、企業每股獲利（EPS）同步上升。

換句話說，即使指數來到歷史高檔，目前本益比仍在歷史平均14到15倍的合理水平。另外，觀察美股長期表現，根據彭博統計，S&P 500指數自2009年以來的報酬/風險比達0.71，明顯優於歐洲的0.45及日本的0.39。

呂丹嵐認為，目前美國處於經濟擴張初期，股市邁向多頭循環且評價仍屬合理，加上美國股市平均多頭期間長達 7.5年，領先歐洲、日本及兩岸股市等主要市場，若債務問題解決，美股仍具高度投資吸引力，將是這波全球經濟復甦，不可或缺的資產配置。

【毛敬智／綜合報導】由珊卓布拉克與喬治克魯尼主演的電影《地心引力》熱度紅不讓，再度以亮眼表現，蟬聯美國與台灣的當周票房冠軍。其中美國開出4430萬美元(約13億元台幣)奪下第二周票房王，預估《地心引力》的票房將可輕鬆突破2億2500萬美元(約66億元台幣)大關。台灣方面，《地心引力》上周末三天票房飆破1788萬，穩坐當周賣座王位，全台累計已超過6800萬。
 
《地心引力》在口碑推波助瀾下，已成本季必看的電影，尤其影評一面倒推崇電影的3D效果，因此大部分民眾願意多花錢欣賞3D特效，讓影片維持在高票房水準，這也是今年排名第三的第二周票房成績，僅次於續集電影的《鋼鐵人3》與《怪獸大學》。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】看到車門遭破壞，上前察看，卻發現車內有名不速之客，還是頭大黑熊，肯定讓人退避三舍。

美國加州太浩湖區(Lake Tahoe)，近來傳出3起黑熊反鎖車內事件，由於氣候乾燥，食物短缺，迫使飢腸轆轆的黑熊，不得不進入人類活動的區域，就有些黑熊聞到車內發出的食物香，扯開車門上車後，卻把自己關在車內，不知道如何開門下車，車主發現後找來警方處理，警方表示車門一開，黑熊隨即跑回森林，牠們並無傷害人類的意圖。

至於車子被嚴重破壞的車主，也只能自認倒楣，警方也呼籲車主別再把食物留在車內。

食祿來麵線的總店好像在汐止樟樹一路，在松山菸館也開了專櫃，

能賣麵線賣到在百貨賣，應該有一定的水準，成了我第一家松菸食記。（其實只是我愛吃麵線而已）

這天我來的時候一個客人也沒有（下午非用餐時間），結果我一坐下後，不到10分鐘就把位置坐滿了，

我好像很能為店家帶來客人，旅行時常常遇到整間店只有我一個人，我開始吃以後，客人立刻爆增，不過也有可能這是一個正常的社會現象，看到別人吃東西會勾起食慾。

食祿來麵線 菜單（點圖可看原始圖）

主要有麵線、蚵仔煎、油飯、甜不辣、咖哩、羹湯、燙青菜

醬料有胡椒粉、甜辣醬、醬油、辣油

除了 阿宗麵線 跟油庫口麵線外，有發票的麵線再一家。

大腸蚵仔麵線 50元

有加基本的香菜、蒜泥，麵線吃起來是手工麵線的口感，麵條煮得夠爛，軟嫩順口，

一開始會覺得湯頭味道不夠有特色，就很普通的湯，（可能是 南港鐵麵線 讓我印象太深刻了）

但搭配大腸吃起來，其實也還不賴。

會覺得這算是一碗不錯吃的麵線，但不會為了吃這碗而特地跑來的等級。

這大腸滷的夠味，算紅燒類的，口感直逼 萬華陳記麵線，非常好吃，也是其特色，

但是大小、份量都遠不如陳記，一碗裡頭約有5塊大腸、6顆蚵仔，

大部分的大腸吃起來很嫩，又夠味，但是也有吃到一塊比較嚼不爛的，

蚵仔有點小，約小拇指最外那節般大小而已，蚵仔是蚵仔煎那種裹粉作法（應該是地瓜粉），比起大腸來說遜色不少。

雖然碗看起來很有「深度」，但其實淺淺的，不過還算吃得飽啦。
