【胡治言／綜合報導】台灣師範大學宿舍安全亮紅燈，有畢業男校友喝醉闖入女宿舍寢室，還醉倒在已睡著的女學生身旁。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台師大繼3年前有男學生潛入女生宿室浴室偷窺後，上周6凌晨又發生男校友喝醉後，拿著畢業前使用的宿舍感應卡成功進入男宿舍，再經由男宿舍的防火門進入同棟的女生宿舍，並闖入其中一間寢室、還醉倒在一名已睡著的女學生身旁，讓女學生早上醒來大受驚嚇。

台師大昨證實確有此事，坦言畢業校友竟能持失效的感應卡進入宿舍應是門禁系統出現漏洞，已請業者緊急修正。

【李定宇／新北報導】自推行購物袋自費政策以來，購買購物袋數量並未如預期下降，據全聯購物中心統計，新北市１個月賣約35萬個，新北市環保局為減少購物袋及垃圾袋雙重汙染，與該超市合作首推購物袋可當垃圾袋政策，年底將在新北110間全聯超市先行試辦，初期推出15公升裝每個6元，再視試成效決定是否推出20公升裝，民眾屆時購物袋回家後可當垃圾袋用。
 
目前確定先與全聯合作試辦，其餘家樂福、愛買、大潤發、頂好、松青、美廉社等賣場，環保局將持續洽談。

「習八條」當頭下，中共湖南慈利縣委辦公室副主任周國忠日前為慶祝兒子誕生，在飯店舉辨酒宴，還收受同僚禮金。周某日前被慈利縣委依違反幹部廉潔自律規定，免去職務。

新華社報導，周某兼任的慈利縣委接待處主任，也一併被免職。

報導指出，周國忠不久前喜獲麟兒，遂於10月12日下午在慈利縣芙蓉大酒店舉行慶祝酒宴，並邀請所屬單位及縣委、縣府直轄單位的同僚參加，並收受這些具有公職人員身分的同僚致贈紅包禮金。

這項報導說，這場酒宴被慈利縣及上一級的張家界市作風辦人員當場查獲，全案遂告曝光。

報導提到，周國忠為了生小孩舉辦酒宴，並邀請所屬單位及其他單位公職人員參加，且收取禮金，違反了領導幹部廉潔自律的有關規定，以及張家界市自訂的「關於規範張家界市共?黨員和國家公職人員操辦婚喪喜慶事宜暫行規定」。

這項規定要求，中共黨員和政府公職人員不准以本人及配偶、本人及配偶的父母、子女及子女配偶的生日、升遷、調動、喬遷、升學、參軍、開業等為由「大操大辦，收錢斂財」；不准邀請除直系親屬、世交好友以外的管理和服務對象參加並收受錢財、禮品或贊助。

因此，慈利縣委日前?定，免去周國忠擔任的縣委辦副主任及接待處主任職務。

報導另提到，湖南省「關於黨和國家工作人員操辦婚喪喜慶事宜的暫行規定」將於11月1日起實施。內容要求黨政人員除婚禮、葬禮外，其他喜慶禁止以任何方式邀請和接受親戚（直系親屬、三代以內旁系親屬及姻親）以外人員參加；所有黨政人員不准接受或變相收受任何單位和親戚以外人員的禮金及貴重禮品。
