中流作業（英文：Mid-stream operation）是指船隻不透過貨櫃碼頭，而直接在貨船上分派貨櫃，並利用躉船將貨櫃運送到附近的中流作業區起卸（香港稱為公眾貨物起卸區）。中流作業在現時除了香港以外，基本上已經息微。

香港的中流作業還能夠保存下來，主要由於香港可用的陸地較少，而貨櫃碼頭的泊運費用也十分昂貴。為節省成本，以及避免貨物在運輸途中走過擠塞的大街造成貨運的延誤，中流作業在香港仍然十分蓬勃。

香港的商業機構集中在香港島的中環和灣仔，貨櫃碼頭則在新界的葵涌。現時香港島的對外交通主要依靠三條過海隧道，但三條隧道要不是收費昂貴，就是經常擠塞。為免因為交通擠塞而造成貨運延誤，不少公司都願意採用中流作業方式，在船上裝卸貨櫃，再利用躉船或駁艇運到公眾貨物起卸區，然後利用貨車或貨櫃車運走貨物。雖然貨物裝卸因此過程比較長，但可以避免高昂的貨櫃碼頭泊位費，以及因交通阻塞而造成的延誤。

中國大陸跟台灣的物流不能直接互通，所以由香港作中途交收，因此也多了不少「中流裝卸作業」。貨櫃輪到香港，只泊浮筒，不靠岸，由香港駁船出海找該貨櫃輪收貨，再轉送個別貨櫃到：

1.第二程船，運回中國大陸。
2.貨櫃場或駁船碼頭等待二程船的船期到。
3.火車站碼頭，轉乘火車，運回中國大陸。
中流裝卸作業的物流方向也有相反流，即是由中國大陸的貨櫃，經火車或中國貨櫃輪到香港，再經駁船轉送至台灣貨櫃船，作二程運輸回台灣也有不少。

民進黨立委劉建國、陳亭妃召開記者會，指出食品大廠如佳格、美達、統一、泰山、大成、味全、光泉等商家，擔任財團法人食品工業研究所的董監事，但食品所又是進行GMP認證以及認證工廠追蹤查核的單位，質疑有「球員兼裁判」的疑慮，沒有利益迴避。

劉建國指出，GMP認證嚴謹，取得後還必須定期接受追蹤查驗，包含「普級」、「量級」、「優級」、以及「加嚴追蹤」四種等級，但執行追蹤查驗的食品所為何遲遲無法發現大統長基公司摻雜棉籽油成分？根據食品所提供的資料顯示，今年7月11日、9月18日，皆針對「大統高不飽和健康葵花調理油」、「大統花生風味特香調和油」、「大統調和特級胡麻油」等三種產品加嚴追蹤，卻仍未檢查出來。

食品所所長陳樹功回應，GMP計畫由工業局為推動食品產業水準，自20多年前開始推動，是自願性的認證機制，和強制性的法規不同。研究所有一組專業人員在做GMP後續查廠，任何一個工廠所受的待遇相同，與董事會組成不相干。至於過去查廠為何未能查出大統有問題，陳樹功說，這是惡意、有計畫的作假，在沒有公權力的情況下，無論從報告或到現場去比對，皆無法看出問題，這次是由檢察官介入行使司法官權力，才把手寫配方查出，如此層級，並非由自願性的方式就能查出。

為慶祝中華民國102年雙十國慶，韓華心工會昨晚在首爾永登浦華僑小學大禮堂舉辦「2013韓華金嗓選拔大賽」，藉由歡唱華語歌曲以敦睦僑界的情誼。

韓華志工會會長成益昌表示，韓華金嗓歌唱大賽歷經這幾屆舉辦以來，發現參賽的人士，本來從就地的華僑，增加到台灣、中國大陸兩岸的同胞前來參賽。

中華民國駐韓代表部僑務秘書劉俊男則表示，2013金嗓選拔大賽，可說是搭起了兩岸三地同胞喜好唱歌聯誼的大空間，也是各位在海外相互切磋交流、促進和平的大平台。期待不久的將來，喜好華語歌曲的外國人士也能共襄盛舉。

在現年82歲的華僑老奶奶王順喜、駐韓僑務秘書劉俊男、韓華金嗓子歌后張麗娜擔任評審委員下，進行了歷時3小時的熱情歡唱，結果由就讀漢城華僑中學的高中女學生們一舉囊括了大獎、金獎和銀獎。

漢城華僑中學高三女學生劉伊諾以鄧麗君的一曲「你怎麼說」榮獲大獎以及30萬韓元（約新台幣8295元）獎金，漢城僑中高三女學生馮珠璘以一曲「後來」奪得金獎及20萬韓元獎金，漢城僑中高一女學生車美玲以一曲「我相信」獲得銀獎及10萬韓元獎金。

馮珠璘的媽媽馮秀杰也以「親密愛人」獲得獎勵獎及5萬韓元獎金；參賽中最年長的錢迎財以「小丑」獲得人氣獎及5萬韓元獎金。

在南韓留學的中國大陸留學生王輝以「親愛的你在哪裡」獲得銅獎及10萬韓元獎金，他的留學生妻子王媛以「相見恨晚」獲得人氣獎及5萬韓元獎金。

台灣留學生黃家汶以「至少還有你」獲得獎勵及5萬韓元獎金，以交換學生在南韓慶熙大學就讀的台灣留學生李庭慧以「聽說愛情回來過」、在韓國外國語大學留學的蔡妍庭以「個人生活」、黃女娟以「離騷」，則獲得了參加獎。
