標題[問題] 手機插apple耳機會變單聲道

【大紀元2013年11月05日訊】（大紀元記者秦雨霏編譯報導）外界對本週六將召開的中共三中全會的期待被習近平自己的豪言壯語點燃。但是外媒指出，在十年前的中共另外一個會議上，中共就作出結論說，中國需要轉向一個社會和環境可持續性的更加平衡的經濟。但是目標並未實現。這一次，中共怎麼讓人們相信，它說的是真的？不改變這個制度，習近平不能保證他所需要的經濟增長。

衛報：中共跟人民之間的浮士德協議

《衛報》11月3日報導說，在中共領導層和它的人民之間存在一個浮士德協議：我們讓你有飯吃，並逐年改善你的生活。作為回報，你要把統治權留給我們。

在中共的眼裡，在目前對記者，律師和人權活動人士的打壓和下週三中全會將要討論的經濟改革基本規則之間，似乎並不矛盾。對於前者而言，中共九號文件說「西方敵對勢力仍然持續滲透意識形態領域」。對於後者而言，學習西方政府透明化，吸引民間資本進入公用事業，鼓勵商業開發土地是可以討論的。

習近平已經控制局勢，薄熙來和許多跟過去領導人有關係的或敵對派系的倒台共產黨官員入獄證明了這點。但是他作為大膽改革派的憑據還未顯露。他自己讓外界對下週的三中全會的期待高漲。他告訴奧巴馬，即將來臨的會議將是自從鄧小平1978年主持的三中全會以來最重要的一個。他承諾，它將不僅僅包含「一個總體規劃」，而且包含一個「深刻的革命」。他們尋求的目標包括：更廣泛的獲得和更公平的分配資本；更多私營企業參與銀行，銀行能夠設定他們自己的利率；國有企業更加商業化和更加問責；自由化能源價格。

習近平準備多大程度削減共產黨在經濟領域權力

報導說，在這每個措施背後更大的問題是，作為共產黨領導人的習近平準備多大程度削減共產黨自己手中對國營銀行，地方政府和國營企業擁有的權力，來促進這個改革？協議的雙方都身臨險境。

共產黨實現增長的能力正受到前所未有的挑戰。而人民不再像過去那樣低下頭顱。他們有問題要問那些把自己孩子送往國外的最高共產黨幹部。微博上在網民和審查員之間分分秒秒上演的角逐，正是平靜湖面下波濤洶湧的跡象。

不改變這個制度 習近平不能保證經濟增長

報導說，不改變這個制度，習近平不能保證經濟增長滿足這個巨大工業社會的日益擴大的需求。然而每一項這些改革都可能侵蝕支撐一黨統治的穩定。延遲不再是一個選項。

中國的產出從2002年到2012年之間發生了巨大的增長，但是它不能再依賴於巨大的基礎建設。即使它計劃每年增長6.5%，經濟也難以避免出現危險。上漲的勞動力成本和疲軟的海外消費需求都指向同一個方向。沿著這條路走下去將有政治後果。

共產黨十年前就提出：可持續性、更加平衡的經濟

路透社11月3日報導說，來自北京的信息不能更清晰了：中國需要轉向一個社會和環境可持續性的更加平衡的經濟。

這是共產黨十年前一個重要會議的結論。但是隨之而來的是更多同樣的事情：迅速的投資型擴張，把中國變成世界第二大經濟體，但是留下負債纍纍，環境破壞和產能過剩。

時間快速推進到2013年，中共新領導人再次承諾更和諧的發展，而問題是，如何告訴大家，這一次，它是真的？

以前是超夯團購阿XD 現在不用等囉 http://loshen.pixnet.net/blog/post/38522559 -- 中原瑪露連嫩仙草 瑪露連嫩仙草(中原店) 地址：桃園縣中壢市新中北路470號 電話：(03)451-7791 用餐時間：2013/10月 早有耳聞瑪露連嫩仙草的名氣 但每次團購開團都沒跟到，沒想到中壢中原大學已經開了分店! 剛好看到團購網有優惠券就買了 不過在中原的店面真的很不起眼 瑪露連在中原信實宿舍7-11斜對面，騎機車真的是一晃就過去了....差點錯過XD 這次去換的組合是三碗嫩仙草+雙倍芋Q的組合 其實碗不是很小，單買的話一杯是45元(一般嫩仙草+芋Q則是35元) 團購3杯99元也算划算 單買一桶則是120元~喜歡吃也可以買一桶回去吃到飽 嫩仙草的芋Q吃起來跟一般吃到的芋圓不太一樣 如果真的要形容，有一種吃包心粉圓的fu 只是外面是芋圓彈Q口感、內餡則是真實的芋頭泥 芋Q味道很單純，建議當天吃掉比較美味 我吃過放隔天的芋Q，就沒有Q而是脆脆的口感了，美味程度大大減低 而嫩仙草部分，真是咕溜咕溜超滑順的啦！ 仙草本身就帶有點甜味，其實不需加奶球就很好吃了 若想要有點濃郁口感，加入鮮奶或是奶油球會更不錯吃 總結： 我喜歡瑪露連嫩仙草，不過芋Q不是我最愛，下次應該會買基本款 後來還有再回購買給家人吃，原本我爸媽以為我又亂買啥了 開合吃過後，我爸覺得超好吃的，哈哈 我想我還是會再回購的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.123.139
