公文還躺在政院　運將怒油價補貼開天窗

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】政府2011年5月起提供營業車輛油價補貼，今年卻開天窗，1名計程車司機昨去加油，帳戶僅剩16元，發現補貼款未入帳，氣得大罵，「補貼政策不是第1年實施，油費補貼卻拖拖拉拉，搞得運將像乞丐一樣！」行政院表示，該公文已送到院裡，「應該還在政院處室，還未送到院長室。」

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，為避免油價調漲致使公共運輸全面漲價，政府3年前提供營業車輛油價補貼，每公升按月補貼4.4或5元不等，金額隨油價浮動調整；依上月油價，本月估計補助每公升4.8元、每車1920元。但今年汽油差額補貼公文，目前還躺在行政院，全國10萬多輛營業車輛，元旦至今還等不到汽油差額補貼。

歌手蕭敬騰，在台中的晚會唱壓軸，一開始連唱多首搖滾歌曲，更從台下跑到台上，結果接著演唱抒情歌曲「新不了情」，可能突然曲風轉變，唱到高音部份，有點唱不上去，稍顯吃力，儘管如此，台北的觀眾還是非常捧場，似乎只要老蕭一開口，沒人會在意。

蕭敬騰一出場從台下和歌迷互動開唱走向舞台，一下跑跑跳跳展現十足活力，一下又將腳踢得高高的大聲高歌，看得出來聲撕力竭。連續幾首搖滾歌曲突然轉變曲風，演唱抒情歌曲新不了情，坐著的歌深情款款，步調瞬間慢了下來。

唱沒幾句似乎還沒從搖滾的曲風，調整過來到了高音唱不上去稍顯吃力，儘管如此台下觀眾還是給予熱烈掌聲，不過這一首新不了情似乎唱得卡卡的，不過元旦晚會的超HIGH氣氛還是沒有間斷，蕭敬騰一連演唱七首歌曲曲風多樣，和觀眾互動頻繁，不管有沒有突搥，似乎只要蕭敬騰一開口，台下的觀眾就心滿意足。
