【李姿慧／台北報導】警政署發函要求高公局和遠通電收配合「國道全面監控」，交通部長葉匡時今受訪時表示，不是警政署一個公文來，交通部就得提供，仍要考量適法性和《個資法》問題，何況是要提供24小時國道上所有車輛的行車即時紀錄，目前交通部對此有疑慮，雖高公局去年回文同意，但他認為不妥，已要求高公局踩剎車，並責成高公局邀法務部、警政署就適法性研商，並訂定出一套嚴謹的相關規定，「現階段交通部不同意提供。」

【葉濬明╱台中報導】農曆年節即將到來，有鑑於市民朋友聚餐喝酒情形將增多，台中市政府為防制酒後駕車，特別整合8家計程車業者，推出簡單又好記的酒後代駕專線０４－２２２２－１９９９，民眾只要撥打專線即可叫車，費率也有公定價格。副市長蔡炳坤今出席代駕專線啟用典禮時，呼籲民眾多多利用專線，讓「人車都能安全回家！」
 
蔡副市長表示，不少人酒後仍開車回家，是因不放心愛車獨自在外，因此，在希望「人車都要回家」之下，市府結合推出簡單好記的叫車專線，費率更是透明公開，１１公里內不超過１０００元，每增加２公里加收１００元，民眾更不用擔心被不肖業者敲竹槓。去年春節期間中市首推酒後代駕服務，在群園事業機構贊助下祭出「僅收計程車費、免收代駕費」等超值優惠，廣受民眾好評共收到１０７件申請案，其中９２件成功代駕，成功代駕率達８６％。
 
交通局指出，一般酒後代駕服務，除原計程車資外，另收取車資２倍代駕服務費，因民眾叫車後，計程車司機需攜帶一名同伴前來，民眾搭上計程車後，由另一名司機駕駛民眾愛車，兩輛車一起回家所需成本較高，這次訂出透明化費率，可以減少民眾與業者收費爭議。
 
台灣酒駕防制社會關懷協會秘書長王幼玲也說，每年一、二月的尾牙時期是酒駕肇事高峰期，該關懷協會是由台大醫師柯文哲發起的，並獲市長胡志強不分藍綠全力支持，希望一起達到酒駕零傷亡目標。
 
長期關懷酒駕議題的市議員黃馨慧表示，她長期反酒駕，有人怪她限制民眾喝酒開車，不過她「寧願被罵，也不要看他們撞到別人，造成他人和自己家庭的破碎！」另市議員劉士州也強調，喝酒不一定是壞事，但酒後駕車一定是壞事，希望大家能多善用這項服務。

【詹智淵／彰化報導】彰化市公所古月民俗館今日到3月22日舉辦「愛國獎券連載珍藏展」，展出從第2期、1950年4月11日，到最後一期1987年12月27日，歷時37年又9個月，共1171期的愛國獎券，讓參觀民眾感受到濃濃的財氣。

彰化市長邱建富特地扮成財神爺，先發放民俗館自行印製的獎券，再現場摸出獎號，模擬當時開獎盛況，趣味橫生。

展出的收藏家、彰化縣民俗文藝協會協會名譽理事長蕭上筆說，歷時近20年的收集，一直獨缺第一期的獎券，直到10年前在台中市發現，非常興奮，馬上花了3萬元，購買當時面額、台幣15元的第一期獎券，而當時公務人員月薪也才只有1、2百元，覺得十分值得，如獲至寶。
