國泰台大產學合作團隊今天公布最新經濟成長預測，台灣今年的經濟成長從上次預測的3.29%上調至3.59%，中央大學經濟系教授徐之強表示，今年「可望站穩3頭」，下半年「4機而動」，年底前經濟氣候為「萬里無雲」的朗。

明年台灣的經濟成長預測為3.22%，徐之強解釋，明年台灣有穿戴裝置與物流網商機，輸出表現應還不錯，但是內需是不確定因素，2016年初有選舉，加上國內外明年可能升息，都會抑制消費。他認為央行不會在這次9月的理監事會議突然升息，最快也要等到12月才會考慮。
 
徐之強指出，美國擺脫寒冬陰霾，中國微刺激政策發酵，歐元區擴大寬鬆政策，新興市場風險不大，台灣下半年經濟表現優於上半年，無論內需或外需表現都超乎預期，消費信心帶消費，下半年預期半導體投資比上半年更好。（林巧雁／台北報導）

根據美國投資公司 Sterne Agee 首席市場技術分析師 Carter Braxton Worth 所做最新調查，專業投資人預期今年美股仍將收高，但多數建議等到 11 月再進場較安全。

《MarketWatch》週二 (16 日) 報導，Worth 提出 6 種預測美股標準普爾 (S&P) 500指數今年內走勢的假設，並詢問 492 位投資組合經理人、分析師、交易員及富豪等專業投資人的看法。

其中最多人──39.4%──看好的發展，是股指在本月循序前進後，在 10 月份因緊張焦慮而下跌至今年 8 月的低點 1905 點左右，意味較目前水準下挫 4%；之後徘徊在 1900-1930 點持續一段時間，直到 11 月翻漲，並於 12 月再飆上空前新高 2075 點。年底則將收在 2070 點，完成 12% 的全年漲幅。

次多人──32.2%──選擇的發展，是 S&P 500 先在本月其餘時間及整個 10 月走跌，但只會降回 1905 點；到了 11 月再回穩，之後在 12 月大漲至歷史新高 2015 點，全年收高 9%。Worth 認為，這樣的發展反映美股本身雖有問題，但相較於債券價格仍高，因此不致全面崩盤。

第三多人──13.6%──預期的發展，是 S&P 500 指數先在本月底前衝上空前新高 2050 點，相當於較目前水準上漲 2.8%；隨後在 10 月份小幅漲跌，到了 11 月再飆上 2100 點；但 12 月中又回跌至 2075 點，直到接下來 2 週大漲收在2150 點，全年漲幅高達 16%。Worth 透露，他聽到許多歐美客戶提出這樣的預測，並認為「合理」。

至於 S&P 500 指數是否終將出現延宕已久的市場修正？調查顯示僅 5.8% 的受訪專家如此預期。他們認為股指有可能在本月先衝上新高 2075 點，相當於較目前再漲 4.1%；但到了 10 月會大跌至今年 2 月谷底 1750 點，意味較之前高點驟跌 16%，這將是 S&P 500 指數自 2011 年 10 月以來首度「正式」修正。

但在這個預測發展下，S&P 500 會在 11 月至 12 月中大幅反彈，年底前小幅漲跌而收在 1960 點，相當於較目前下挫近 2%，但全年仍上漲 6%。Worth 稱這樣的情節會像「雲霄飛車」般的走勢。

為保障消費者權益，經濟部標準檢驗局今天表示，已修訂公布CNS 8148「紡織品洗標」國家標準，除了與ISO國際標準一致外，讓業界有參考依循及提供消費者辨識正確洗滌方式。

洗標符號通常印在附縫於紡織品的標籤上，以圖示方式提供紡織品不致發生永久性損害的洗滌資訊。

為與國際接軌，標檢局表示，這次修訂的CNS 8148洗標符號已與ISO國際標準一致，其規定水洗、漂白、乾燥、熨燙及壓燙、專業紡織維護共5種基本符號及一些外加符號，並依序呈現。

標檢局指出，洗標內容以圖示符號為主，必要時可附加用語補充說明，但用語應儘量簡潔，同時提醒消費者，在購買紡織品時應注意是否完整標示。
