戒不掉！印度4度調高黃金進口稅，GIF：肥了走私業

英國金融時報6月30日報導，2012年1月迄今印度已四度調高黃金進口稅、自2%一路升至8%；印度央行(RBI)今年6月更禁止銀行業提供融資給珠寶店。全印度寶石珠寶貿易聯合會(All India Gems & Jewellery Trade Federation；GIF)痛批，當局的大動作抑制黃金需求作法到頭來只會便宜了非法走私業者。

2002-2011年期間印度黃金進口量增加80%；2011年年度進口量達969公噸，隔年微降至860公噸。2011-12年度印度黃金佔整體進口品金額比重達11.5%、高於2008-09年的7%；今年4、5月印度黃金進口量合計達300公噸。印度財長P. Chidambaram已多次公開呼籲印度人停買黃金以協助國家穩住印度盧比匯價。

嘉實XQ全球贏家系統的報價顯示，截至台北時間1日下午2時15分為止，美元兌印度盧比貶值0.55%至59.200；6月26日、27日盤中最高點60.735創歷史新高。

彭博社3月報導，通膨居高不下是當地居民不願把錢放在銀行的主因。印度最大民營銀行ICICI Bank預估，當地家庭總計持有價值高達1.1兆美元的黃金。

「不願繳稅」是許多印度人不願把錢存在銀行的主因之一。Reuters Breakingviews專欄作家Andy Mukherjee指出，向政府申報年度應稅所得逾20萬美元的印度人不到43,000名，但實際數據可能高達數百萬。印度政府在稅收短缺的情況下只好要求RBI印錢、進而使得印度人更加不願存錢。

義大慶功宴 高國輝加薪10萬

【羅惠齡／高雄報導】義大犀牛今晚舉行上半季封王慶功宴，球團送大禮，5名球員獲得加薪，「棒球情人」高國輝從20萬調升至30萬，加薪最多，成為繼林益全、胡金龍、張建銘、陽建福後，義大第5名月薪30萬元級的球員。
 
其他獲加薪的球員還有上半季就投出十勝的投手林晨樺，從11萬調升至15萬；捕手林琨笙從9萬調升至12萬；新生代二游林瑋恩及陳凱倫也獲加薪，林瑋恩從5萬調至11萬、陳凱倫從6.5萬調升至9萬。

【7.1遊行】反對佔領中環人士混入集會　傳爆肢體衝突

【綜合報導】香港社運團體「民陣」發起的「7.1遊行」，群眾在抵達港島中環遮打花園終點後，「佔領中環」運動隨即舉行接棒，向遊行人士介紹佔中運動的細節。但期間有約十名反對佔中的人士，手持布條前來踢館，現場消息指出，「反佔中人士」出手打傷另一名參與集會的人，爆發肢體衝突。

反佔中人士帶著中國五星旗和寫有「反佔中」字眼的布條到場，結果被在場群眾喝倒采，期間更和在場市民推擠引起混亂，有人跌倒。民陣糾察曾試圖分開兩批人，後來還是靠著大批警察趕到，將反佔中人士推入長江中心停車場的警方駐紮點，才讓兩邊的人分開。

有參加集會的民眾不滿警方帶走打人者，事後大會宣佈有反佔中人士前來挑釁，呼籲市民冷靜。

我跟我男友已經交往四年多了，這中間我跟男友的爸媽有見過面，偶爾會在fb跟男友媽媽有互動，平常偶爾男友爸媽也會問起我最近好不好，或是在忙什麼，但是也都是透過男友這樣傳話，他爸媽沒有問起我的時候我男友也不會主動對他爸媽提起我，我是希望他能偶爾在他爸媽面前提到我，這樣也比較能加深他爸媽對我的印象。 因為男友都說他爸媽就是對人比較冷淡一點，但其實也不是都沒關心，但是總覺得交往了四年多了卻沒有跟男友爸媽一起吃過飯感覺真的不大好， 所以我男有友希望我自己可以主動提出要吃飯邀約他爸媽，但我不知道這樣好不好，畢竟不了解他爸媽願不願意一起吃飯，所以我希望我男友可以去問問他爸媽的意思 不知道各位覺得是不是自己該主動開口邀約，或是讓男友去跟他爸媽說說？ 畢竟交往了四年多，是很希望可以跟他爸媽多有接觸的 -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.170.22

如題，申請職訓局的產業人才計畫，要有勞保才可以申請，所以要繳勞保資料表，要去哪申請?可以再開課提前申請嗎?還是一定要在開課之後申請?
