我已經用過很多罐的貝德瑪舒妍修護滋養霜 當初會用這罐當作保濕乳液 是做臉的小姐推薦的 結果沒想到現在已經變得我的最愛了 我的皮膚很怪， 即使沒有很油， 一樣會長痘 後來擦了這罐皮膚狀況就好了 而且這罐的質地擦了在多不會悶 之前不知道為什麼台灣進口商忽然斷貨 害我試著想說用其他敏感肌適用的乳液代替 但是發現長痘痘狀況也沒有比較好 直到最近發現進口商，才又趕快購入 才擦一天我的膚質好像又穩定了 我真的不知道怎麼回事 倒是那些沒買多久的保養品 我才沒用幾次準備要賣掉了... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.234.57.109

曾經叱吒風雲的索尼集團，失去了往日榮光，不僅被蘋果、三星遠遠拋在後面，集團更連續四年虧損，第一品牌蒙塵。
社長平井一夫啟動集團再造，裁員一萬人、賣掉總部大樓，靠一支智慧型手機背水一戰。SONY，能不能重返榮耀？

有一則寓言是這麼說的：一頭驢子背著鹽要過河，但河床太滑，滑了一跤，跌到水裡，於是背上的鹽溶化了。

驢子從水裡爬起來，感到身上輕鬆了許多，驢子非常高興。

後來有一回，驢子背的是棉花，以為再跌到水裡，可以像上次一樣輕鬆；於是當牠走到河邊的時候，便故意跌在水裡。可是棉花吸了水，驢子非但無法站起來，而且一直往下沉，直到淹死。

這頭驢子盲目仿照先前過河的經驗，沒想到外在條件已經不一樣了。用同樣的方式過河，先前的成功經驗反而害了自己。
這個故事告訴我們，面對不斷變化的外界環境和條件，個人或企業必須適時調整；否則，一味沿用之前成功的作法，非但不能達成目的，還會招致更大的失敗。

超過六十年的老字號日本企業──索尼（ＳＯＮＹ）集團，就是一個活生生的例子。索尼沉浸在過往的光榮中，以致面臨產業環境劇變時，無法順利度過，差點像上述的驢子一樣滅頂。

試著回想，不過十年前的光景，當我們要為家裡添購電視機時，心中的第一品牌必是索尼，「因為它的色彩最漂亮，品質最好！」曾幾何時，當液晶電視崛起，索尼並未與時俱進，逐漸被其他品牌取代；曾幾何時，五星級飯店的液晶電視悄悄從日系品牌換成韓系的三星、樂金。

從前，人人隨手一台隨身聽，但曾幾何時，已悄悄被智慧型手機取代了；而五歲小孩夢想的生日禮物，早已從掌上型遊戲機ＰＳＰ變成iPad；書桌上放的筆記型電腦，吸引目光的不再是索尼的「ＶＡＩＯ」，而是缺了一口的蘋果標誌。

不知不覺中，曾經引領全球消費性電子產業潮流的索尼，漸漸從你我家中客廳、書房、臥室消失；取而代之的是蘋果、三星、樂金。

曾經輝煌的索尼帝國，竟成了連年虧損、落在泥淖中的落難貴族。

○八到一一年，索尼累計虧損八五六○億日圓（約新台幣二五七八億元），這些金額可以建二十一座東京的晴空塔，或將近五座台北一○一大樓。

不僅逼得掌管索尼研發部門的近藤哲二郎出走；甚至，大批技術人員遭三星、樂金等競爭對手挖走，在在重擊索尼，也重擊日本人的信心。

大家都想問，索尼到底怎麼了？

衰敗肇因一：受金融海嘯、日圓升值重創 被對手超越

索尼一路走來起伏不斷，近四年的連續虧損，不免讓人聯想起○三年攪亂全球金融秩序的「索尼衝擊」。當年四月底，索尼揭露上一年度財報後，營運成果跌破眾人眼鏡；光二○○二年會計年度第四季（即○三年一月到三月）就虧損了十億美元，讓索尼股價兩天內跌掉二五％，市值也同時蒸發了四千億日圓；連帶拖累日股，跌到二十年來的最低點七千六百點。

當時的索尼除了電影和遊戲兩個部門仍維持獲利外，其餘電子產品皆面臨同業競爭壓力而表現不振。

「搞什麼！」「索尼不行了！」當時索尼面臨排山倒海而來的抨擊，但在斯金格（Howard Stringer）於○五年接下會長後，把心力聚焦在電子、遊戲、娛樂產業，用裁員等一連串大規模的改革政策，讓索尼逐步擺脫困境；甚至在○七年會計年度，創下索尼史上最高營業額和淨利紀錄，金額分別為八兆八七一四億日圓和三六九四億日圓。

但是美好榮景卻不長久，索尼害怕的往事再度上演。

就在索尼衝向巔峰的隔年，在○八年金融海嘯以及日圓升值的雙重衝下，索尼獲利嚴重衰退。據索尼內部員工透露：「那時候的索尼『外強中乾』，官僚化的組織作風、各部門營運鬆散的問題一直存在！」所以一旦大環境驟變，索尼就撐不住了。

　　現在的主流瀏覽器 Internet Explorer 10、Firefox 22、Google Chrome 27、Opera 12、Opera Next（Opera 15），是大家使用電腦時不可或缺的工具，在即將邁入 2013 年後半段的這個時間點，究竟是哪個瀏覽器平衡性最佳呢，國外知名資訊科技網站「Tom's Hardware」作了測試，最終結果顯示 Firefox 22 的平衡性最好，以下是「Tom's Hardware」網站的測試報告。

　　測試的項目總共分為八種，分別是「待機時間」、「JavaScript / DOM」、「HTML5 / CSS3」、「硬體加速」的四種性能指數，以及「記憶體効率」、「可靠性」、「安全性」、「一致性」這四種非性能指數。

　　「非性能指數」的測試也是由 Firefox 取得最高的測試分數，在全體的平衡性上取得了綜合的第一名，Chrome 雖然在「JavaScript / DOM」、「HTML5 / CSS3」的測試中名列前茅，但是在啟動時的待機時間輸給了 IE 跟 Opera。

如圖所見HTC提供了幾種面板供選擇，照常理推測這應該是可以自行製作及下載的，因為內建的都不得我心所以不是很想使用，一直在找美化他的方法

有人知道是否可透過哪些網頁或App找到自製或美化的面版呢？

在網路上看到one x有取得更多的選項，但我的蝴蝶沒有呀？

各位先進小弟不材想問一下 拿到貴公司OFFER 可是對這項職缺還是有點疑惑 1113設備工程師(契約) 地點是在園區三路123號的廠(8吋) 這家公司好像也只有8吋廠 我有問一下實際的內容 因為我同學也被找去面試契約 但重點來了 我有問為啥是契約他只是說沒經驗 還有公司沒職缺所以已約聘的方式招人 還有約聘的最大差別在於分紅 但季獎金都有還保16個月(但他門技術員好像也有16個月) 只是公司如果裁員一定先裁約聘 以及很多不確定的因素 想問大大是否建議去 畢竟是新鮮人沒啥經驗(只是想找大家一點公司比較有保障) 還有最重升遷 (我有問他說裡面也有一些約聘的也做1~2年) 感覺還有很多人在排隊 其實還有拿到天后宮的OFFER 但底薪還不錯 只是沒保14個月有點怕怕 更何況還在還債還沒完全轉型 如果這兩家擇一 哪家比較好 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.75.115
