【陳明旺／台北報導】日本褔島311震災後，台灣民眾大量捐款，台灣紅十字會匯集善款，參與褔島縣、宮城縣及岩手縣等災後重建計畫，立法院長王金平之前已去過褔島、宮城兩縣看過災後重建並探訪災民，今年7月21日至25日，王金平將再率14名朝野立委，組團赴岩手縣探視重建狀況。由於日本參議院選舉將在21日開票，組成新民意，王金平此行也將與日方重量級政壇人士會面，增進台日友好關係。
 
立法院台日國會議員聯誼會會長、國民黨立委李鴻鈞說，除了探視災後重建外，訪問團也正在安排參觀日本核電設施，並與日本防災大臣會面。

【楊惠琪／台北報導】台北市立動物園大貓熊寶寶「圓仔」過出生後第一個颱風夜，雖然從昨夜起到今天清晨風雨交加，但保溫箱內的圓仔在保育員輪班照護下，依舊吃好睡好。大貓熊繁殖計畫召集人張志華說，因應颱風來襲，昨特別留下2倍人力輪值照顧貓熊母女，圓仔整晚睡得香甜，保育員還意外捕捉到圓仔揮手說嗨的逗趣表情。  

圓仔已度過出生後1周的關鍵期，張志華說，圓仔發育與餵奶量都正常，昨晚體重已達215.8公克，每日餵奶約4至5次，平均約55毫升；目前圓仔仍緊閉雙眼，毛色呈粉紅色，預計再1周眼圈、耳朵和肩部會開始呈現黑色，出生約1.5個月會睜開雙眼，身體毛色慢慢黑白分明，開始有黑白貓熊的樣貌。
