死者家屬：「下雷雨，下水很危險，可以這樣嗎？」

平常總是教導學員如何下水救人的教練，竟然在準備上課時遭到雷擊死亡，媽媽難掩傷痛哭了起來，爸爸也紅了眼眶。死者爸爸：「颱風剛過，浪一定很大，叫他們下去，叫這些年輕的人去送死！」

海水浴場救生員：「我跟他們說今天浪很大，不要下去，他們說好，他們在岸邊訓練一下而已。」

原來，專門培訓水上救生人員的港都水上救生協會，暑期海訓因為颱風順延一天，一早8點多，還在研估是否要下水時，意外就發生了。協會教練：「那時也沒下雨，也沒打雷，浪也沒大到哪。」

原來，水上救生規定，在聽到雷聲25秒之內，所有人員都必須撤離，遭到雷擊的人員，意外發生前，有沒有聽到其他雷聲？是第一次雷擊就被擊中？還是撤離速度太慢？另外，海水浴場管制是否不夠嚴謹呢？記者：「海水浴場有開放嗎？」海水浴場救生員：「我們沒開放，他們是有進來要受訓，他們是跟我們借場地而已。」

氣象站說，夏天對流旺盛，下雷陣雨的機率本來就比較高，加上颱風剛過，處於低壓帶，雷雨的機率更高，避免發生危險，雷雨發生時，民眾最好不要站在高處，或空曠的地方，而且得遠離水邊或潮濕處，另外，避免使用金屬製品，並關掉電器電源，才能確保自身安全。

2013國泰NBA YOUTH MADNESS 3對3籃球賽今天(14日)男女子組總冠軍出爐，可獲得前進美國觀看NBA的圓夢之旅，同時邀請到聖安東尼奧馬刺球星Danny Green擔任嘉賓，還在球迷鼓動下表演了一場三分球大賽。

國泰3對3籃球賽今天進行最終決賽，由8強賽開始打起，男子組黑色羊咩咩與女子組DV SUPER都是連闖3關拿下最後總冠軍，賽後2隊球員興奮直呼：「NBA我們來了！」

在冠軍戰登場之前，Green經由主持人介紹進場，並用中文說出「你好」向球迷打招呼。中場三分球大賽過後，Green也應現場球迷歡呼要求，加碼演出三分球大賽。

經過短暫伸展與熱身，Green在5個點共25顆球中投進7顆，雖然命中率不是太高，但展現十足親和力仍博得觀眾喝采，發送小禮物時更是引起現場騷動，歡呼聲跟閃光燈此起彼落，嗨翻台大體育館，也把此項賽事氣氛炒到最高潮。

另外還邀請到印第安納溜馬啦啦隊帶來舞蹈表演，為賽事加分。自6月初起歷經1個半月，北區、中區、南區預賽到冠軍賽，國泰3對3籃球賽在今天畫下完美句點。
