【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬將在今天過52歲生日，雖然「基地」組織的威脅在即，但歐巴馬還是與朋友一起打高爾夫球慶生。

期待已久，屢遭洩露的 Moto X 今天終於在Mororola紐約發佈會上解開了其神秘的面紗。

同之前瞭解到的情況一樣，Moto X 並沒有在走拼參數、跑分數的路線，而是主打個性化和定制化。基本配色為黑白兩色，用戶可以定制包括前後面板、記憶體、手機桌布、機身刻字等，搭配組合多達 2000 多項。

硬體方面：

• 長129.3mm、寬65.3mm、厚5.6-10.4mm，重130克
• 4.7 英吋 AMOLED 720P顯示幕 720*1280 解析度，316 ppi
• 2GB RAM16GB/32GB 儲存空間，兩年免費 50 GB Google Drive 儲存空間
• Motorola X8 處理器 (包括高通Snarpdragon S4 Pro 雙核 1.7GHz 處理器+四核 Adreno 320 GPU +兩個分管語言解讀和相關運算的 Motorola 處理器 )，2200mAh電池，號稱4G環境下綜合使用能續航24小時主相機
• 1000萬畫素，前置鏡頭 200萬畫素，支援1080p錄影。支持 Miracast Wireless Display 、NFC、4G-LTE 等，nano-SIM 插槽

軟體方面，Moto X 搭載 Android 4.2.2。同 Google 軟體方面的合作算是其亮點之一，用戶可不接觸手機，直接通過 「OK，Google Now」啟動手機，支援語音查詢天氣、導航、撥打電話等，拍照時按螢幕任何地方都可以完成拍照。

【林世雄／台中報導】前行政院長游錫堃上午到洪仲丘家中，慰問洪家家屬，游錫堃表示，軍事法院為審判機構，卻隸屬在國防部之下，違反司法獨立審判原則，已經明顯違憲，馬英九總統至少應將軍法官部分移出國防部，才是合憲的做法。
 
洪父洪吉端向游錫堃表示，過去就是因為國防部自己「球員兼裁判」，才會造成這麼多不明不白死在軍中的冤案，希望他兒子的犧牲，能夠促成「軍事審判法」的修法，讓以後父母把小孩送到軍中，能夠不再害怕。
