【綜合報導】北京一名女子，4月23日晚上7時，在朝陽區一家肯德基用餐時，向店員反應洗手間地面積水讓她跣倒，導致肩膀扭傷。

肯德基負責人安排店員陪同就醫，但未查出明確傷情。隨後兩天，女子多次向肯德基索賠都沒有結果，竟帶了一把長約20公分的菜刀，走進店內收銀枱內，對着收銀機及陳列櫃物品亂砍一通，還砍壞不少桌椅，全程被監視器拍下。

女子隨後被捕，調查後發現，她砸毀財物價值6萬多元人民幣，相當於超過30萬台幣，北京朝陽檢察院18日表示，她因涉嫌故意毀壞財物罪，批准逮捕。

公司同事打算做到今年十月底

他特休每年可休到30天

因為他現在已經把特休30天都休完了

他跟我說...特休是休去年的...

但是他做到今年十月底，老闆要再給他今年30天*10/12...的特休

但是我跟他說...這樣不就算是預支今年特休了

應該要明年才可以休阿...
