因為王者之劍的劍鄂部位有點過大，無法用一般鑄造的方式來進行，所以這次採用比較特別的方法

「砂型鑄造」

這樣的鑄造方式有風險存在，若使用的沙有沾到一點點水，就很有可能會在鑄造過程中爆炸...

雖說過程的風險相當可怕，但打造出來的效果也相當完整

逐一將各個部位打造完成就開始進行組裝

【詹智淵／彰化報導】鹿港鎮地藏王廟有一名信徒花2400元為洪仲丘、江國慶超渡亡靈，希望他們可以「放下罣礙，往生極樂」。從事電腦工程師的廖姓男子說，1日晚上誦經時，誦經機突然停止，且自身從脊椎到頭皮一陣發麻，自覺感應到洪仲丘與江國慶現身在身旁，廖男默問說明天到地藏王廟，是否需要幫忙，這時背脊再度發麻，讓他想為仲丘與國慶超度，希望他們可以「離苦得樂！」

廖男說吃齋念佛近5年，從沒有出現過靈異事件，這是第一次，覺得「很震撼！」自己不認識洪仲丘與江國慶兩人，也很少看新聞，只希望能夠幫他們做點事。
