由於台灣漁船「廣大興28號」遭射擊事件，菲律賓8名海岸防衛隊隊員將面對殺人罪控告，海岸防衛隊表示，會尊重調查結果，也會全力捍衛同胞。

根據報導，菲律賓國家調查局7日公布廣大興案調查結果，認為射擊台灣漁船的海防隊對員不當使用致命武器，建議以殺人罪起訴8名涉案人員，由於其中4人試圖掩蓋此事實，並加控妨害司法罪名。官員透露，可能在下週就會向檢察官辦公室提告。

據報導，菲律賓海岸防衛隊發言人巴里羅(Armand Balilo)9日表示，我國調查局公佈調查結果之後，海岸防衛隊人員的心情與士氣相當低落，但會尊重國家調查局的調查結果，其中海防隊司令官承諾會全力支援涉案人員。

巴里羅說，海防隊將循司法程序捍衛8名同胞，事實上，已有兩所菲國知名大學的律師願為他們辯護。

菲律賓國家調查局報告指出，雖海防隊在追逐「廣大興28號」漁船時有先鳴笛和鳴槍，但以致命武器射擊無裝備的台灣漁船，有違接戰守則規定，因此，巴里羅回應海防隊將檢視接戰守則相關規定。

面臨被提告的8名海防隊人員目前禁足在未公開的地點，或許是在海岸防衛隊總部的營房，又或者是海岸防衛隊的船艦上。另外7名經調查後未開槍射擊的海岸防衛隊隊員和2名漁業署人員，將返回各自的崗位執勤。

勞委會公告　菲勞今起恢復申請

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】我國因廣大興28號漁船遭菲律賓船艦槍擊事件，自5月15日起凍結菲勞來台，由於菲國政府昨已派特使道歉，我國政府取消11項制裁措施，勞委會今也正式公告，指菲國政府已「充分表達善意及歉意，並已完成我國日前提出4項要求」，從今日起重新開放自菲律賓引進外勞。  

勞委會統計，凍結菲勞至今有3494名菲勞的申請案遭管制未核准，今起將恢復審查流程。目前菲國還有8萬5千多名勞工在台工作，其中以工廠等產業外勞6萬3千多人為主，以電子科技製造業最多；另2萬2千多人為看護工或幫傭。

手機內沒裝氣象App，也可即時查閱氣象訊息。中央氣象局昨（六）日宣布與職棒兄弟象、台鐵等單位合作，製作有QR Code的人形立牌放在火車站內，民眾只要有可上網智慧型手機，掃描一下立即可獲知當地氣象訊息。

「QR Code」由日本開始大量使用，近年來台灣跟上這股浪潮，各地都可看到QR Code出現在身邊，只要用智慧型手機或平板，透過機身上的鏡頭掃描一下，就可立即獲得各種不同資訊，十分的便利。

現在氣象局也跟上這波流行，特別與兄弟象隊及台鐵局合作，在全台一百四十個主要車站中，放置兄弟象明星球員「周董，周思齊」以及「恰恰，彭政閔」兩人的人形立牌或海報，上面都有放置地點當地的氣象資訊QRCode，掃描一下就可立即獲得當地最新氣象資訊，而且QR Code也可以儲存起來，方便隨時查詢使用。

氣象局說明，民眾掃描QR Code之後，除了可立即獲知當地最新氣象資訊外，也會有未來氣象預報，而且顯示的內容會依照民眾所在不同地區而有所不同，例如在海邊就會出現潮汐等資訊。

氣象局辛在勤局長表示，氣象與人民生活息息相關，所以氣象局在推廣氣象資訊上面就是一件很重要的事情，因此如果能夠把氣象資訊廣為推廣的話，對社會將會是一件非常好的事情，因此氣象局這幾天積極推動生活有氣象的政策，希望將氣象資訊與人民生活做結合。

這次氣象局難得進行異業合作，而且是請來職棒兄弟象廣為民眾所知的兩位明星球員當代言人。辛在勤表示，這是第一階段的代言人，後續則會繼續透過形象清新的名人進行代言，只是名單有誰辛在勤則未說明。不過這兩位明星球員的人形立牌恐會被球迷給「請」回家。對此辛在勤說，除了請台鐵幫忙管理外，若真的不見了也只能重新製作一組。

一名男子在外結識小三，竟趁著深夜時刻妻子熟睡之時，偷偷前往小三住處欲幽會。不料小三已熟睡，男子打電話對方沒接，沒帶鑰匙的他竟然搭電梯到頂樓，沿著水管欲爬入小三住處，卻不慎墜樓身亡。妻子聞訊前來，不敢置信丈夫慘死，原因竟然是為了夜會小三，更讓她悲痛欲絕。

這起男子夜會小三、欲攀爬大樓不成卻失足墜樓慘死的案件，發生在台北市文山區。47歲的丘姓男子，因從事建築業而家境優渥，與賴姓妻子(33歲)結婚8年並育有一子。根據《蘋果日報》報導，丘男在3年前一場聚會，認識了22歲、還在大學就讀的解姓女子，2人發成展婚外情，丘男還因此金屋藏嬌。

日前賴女發現丈夫和解女的婚外情，雙方為此爭吵多次，丘男稱說已與對方分手，但實際上仍藕斷絲連。7日凌晨1時，丘男見妻子熟睡之際，外出到解女家中幽會，但解女因熟睡未聽見電話聲和電鈴聲，丘男將自己的皮夾、手機等物品放在解女家門口前，自己在上頂樓欲攀爬入14樓。

不料丘男疑似失足墜樓至3樓露台當場死亡，解女在2點多時醒來，發現有多通未接來電，又在門口前發現丘男物品，隨即詢問管理員，經過找尋後在3樓發現丘男屍體。警方獲報前往現場，並通知賴女，她一見丈夫遺體，當場難過泣不成聲，無法接受丈夫死亡的事實。
