我在德國留學一年 拿的是長期學生簽證
中間有去很多國家 也敗了許多東西

德國是要三個月內的物品才能退稅
那麼留學生也可以退稅嗎? 有需要辦理甚麼證件出是給海關看嗎?

【黃馨儀／台北報導】原定本月21日召開的核四安檢小組會議，在經濟部核四顧問林宗堯日前主動向經濟部請辭下，今由經濟部長張家祝召集5位核四專家委員，共商林宗堯去留，最後全數委員均同意「雙方合意終止合約」。至於生效日期，經濟部高層表示，將儘快與林宗堯討論、確定。
 
今日8位核四專家委員中，共有5位到場，其餘3位則是以電話或書面方式表達意見。
 
經濟部官員指出，昨天很多委員表達「即使林宗堯沒有擔任小組顧問，對檢測工作也不會有太大的影響」，而在歷經3個小時會議後，因林宗堯個人已在7月26日向經濟部口頭請辭，且在7月31日以個人名義公布核四摘要報告，所以全數委員皆同意「雙方合意終止合約」。
 
經濟部官員也指出，若未來林宗堯提出核四安檢相關意見，仍會予以尊重或參考採用；未來也考慮再覓1名顧問，來遞補林宗堯的位子。而至於美國WANO(世界核能發電協會)向經濟部報告核四安檢狀況部分，則按原計劃，將在21日討論。

在於控場的想法很簡單,就單單是製造單方面優勢的技能
做不到效果不如依賴其他優勢
我不只是SUP角度看,我都知道,我也看到,通常法洛士不需要大絕或特色就塑造自己的價值
需要做的事是不同於其他英雄依賴大絕的心態(這很像死哥的牆,是否緩速不是重點)
這篇文章也是站在反方向的角度,以指出法洛是大絕的不足提升相同為SUP SONA的自信
但不是指因此可以放開基本功
那種情況就不是角色有利或不有利,純粹是太笨而已
