來台讀大專 3年目標10萬人

教育部長蔣偉寧今天表示，希望在民國105年前，來台就讀大專人數能達到10萬人。

蔣偉寧在7月24日至28日出訪馬來西亞，除拜會馬國教育部副部長、參訪馬國大學外，也出席吉隆坡台灣高等教育展開幕典禮。

教育部指出，這次吉隆坡參展學校創新高的達到82所，吸引近萬人湧入展場參觀，盛況空前，預估今年在台就讀的大馬學生，將突破1萬人關卡。

目前來台留學人數約6萬人，蔣偉寧希望3年內達到10萬人，包含印尼、泰國、越南、印度、美歐及其他新興國家的華裔族群，甚至非華裔等學生，都可吸引來台。

蔣偉寧說，這樣的教育政策不僅是攬才更是留才，希望能配合台灣就業政策，進一步讓來台就讀者留在台灣工作，補足台灣少子化人力不足的問題。

蔣偉寧認為，台灣高教品質不錯、物美價廉，曾有媒體從全球角度觀察，認為台灣校園不僅文化開放多元、師資也不錯，因此「3年拚10萬人來台就讀，很有機會做得到」。

近年許多明星高中學生，選擇到國外念大學。蔣偉寧表示，學生到國外學習歷練，他樂觀其成、也支持。但學生來去間不希望有「赤字」，教育部會注意平衡。

請問想從事跑船的工作，要怎麼去實現

小弟本身大學畢業，就讀的是廣告設計
可是工作一年多，覺得開消大，又有學貸壓力。
月薪26k.......做設計這份工作不是自己想做的......每天都不快樂，
而薪水也不會長，維持死薪水狀態。
現在做設計的，想法都變了，還不是老板在設計，每次都一子改，
改到都不像自己構想出來的。

今年有去報考郵政，想去當郵差，但是分數差了幾10分唉～
難道就只能一子默默的工作，作的要死也買不起房子。

因為看了跑船的工作，覺得年輕時多跑幾年能存些錢，
再買一間店面，然後跟我家人朋友一起創業。
我的夢想是這樣。（家人也同意，畢竟在家裡我排行老大，所以離家也沒差，
我只想讓家裡父母親過得更好。）

可是不知道，是否要去從新就讀海洋學院，還是基隆有個單位（商船)
乙級船員訓練班。
我想能在1年半，能有受訓輔導考上船員證照，再由交通部安排登船。
希望有跑船經驗的朋友，透露一下吧

　總長表示，國軍各級幹部應以具體行動，落實改革作為，穩固部隊領導，基層幹部對部屬多一點關心與用心，凝聚向心，提振團隊士氣。

　總長指出，部隊戰備訓練、後勤修護、人事作業、通資安全等工作，都有其標準工作程序，各級幹部須按部頒指導、準則、技令，依「程序、步驟、要領」嚴格執行，以維持團隊安全與部隊戰力。

　總長要求各單位，加強駐點輔導工作，以發掘基層部隊任務窒礙問題，進而協助解決問題，凝聚部隊向心。

　近期氣候相當炎熱，總長表示，部隊在執行訓練工作時，不僅考量防中暑安全係數，隨時注意訓練強度，適度調整操課內容，並在體能訓練方面，依個人狀況，適量運動，同袍間相互提醒、關心，確保訓練安全，堅實部隊戰力。

  • 新交通罰則？網路所傳純屬虛構

記者莊漢昌／台南報導

近來網路猛傳新交通罰則，包括「罰很重，紅燈右轉罰5400元，三次馬上吊銷駕照」、「超速由1200元到2400元，調高到6000元」等，引起網友議論，市交通大隊9日在林美燕、林燕祝、黃麗招、曾培雅4名市議員查證時，表示網路所傳純屬虛構，民眾不要信以為真。

林美燕、林燕祝、黃麗招、曾培雅等議員指出，包括網路、ＬＩＮＥ等流傳，自8月20日起，交通警察準備向全國違規人徵收年終獎金，除紅燈右轉外，闖紅燈將由1800元漲到3600元，提高一倍；超速則調為6000元，每超速1公里再加罰100元；駕駛一般道未繫安全帶調為1500元；單獨留6歲以下兒童在車內罰3000元；紅燈越線也要處900元罰金等。由於調幅頗大，網友互傳和罵聲不斷。

網路傳言真的？假的？南市交通大隊長呂青霖澄清說，現行道路交通處罰條例並未做上述修正，以紅燈右轉為例，罰金為600元，闖紅燈機車罰1800元、汽車2700元；市區超速20公里以內機、汽車各罰1200、1600元，每多20公里加收200元；紅燈越線、單獨留幼童在車內罰金也維持原狀。

林美燕等議員強調，交通違規罰金只是一種手段，主要在提醒駕駛人注意交通安全，希望網路謠言到此為止，不要再繼續以訛傳訛。而網路警察也該適時發揮功能，主動介入調查了解防範。
